Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S.A. is a mercantile society that is part of the public sector of the Valencian Government. For the purposes of the provisions of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP), it is considered a contracting authority that does not have the status of Public Administration and, consequently, the contracts it signs are of a private nature, governed by the rules of Title I of Book Three of the aforementioned law.

Third party Maintenance Registration (01/03/2021)
To receive payments from Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S.A. suppliers and customers must be registered in the third party registry.
In general, payments to suppliers and customers will be made by bank transfer, to the account designated by the supplier/customer, which must be opened in the name of the person or entity, in whose favor the order of payment has been issued.
For the addition or change of account, the third party registration request must be submitted again.
PROPER Registration
Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S.A. is a mercantile society that is part of the public sector of the Valencian Government. In relation to security, it is worth highlighting in the area of the Administration of the Generalitat and the autonomous bodies whose accounts are integrated into the accounting information system of the former, the publication of Order 2/2022 of the Regional Ministry of Finance and Economic Model.

Registration in the Bidders Register
Before September 9, 2018, bidders who submit to contracting processes convened by this public company made through the simplified open procedure must be registered in the Official Registry of Bidders and Classified Companies of the State (ROLECE) or of the AACC .
Being registered in ROLECE is obligatory, as of September 9, for any company that wants to participate in an administration bidding process. Obligatory nature included in 9/2017 Law, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts (DT 3ª).
