INFORMATION

 

As a part of the attention that this Society offers, within the main objectives on Regeneration and Revitalization of these Seaside districts of the city of Valencia, a Restoration Office was developed, with the following basic tasks:

 

1. Information about the urban development decisions of the Special Plan and its Catalogue.
2. Fostering the Restoration of real estate heritage.
3. Processing and assigning the public aid for Restoration of properties in cooperation with other Public Administration Bodies.
4. Technical, economic and legal advice.
