Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S.A. is a trading company owned 50% by the City Council of Valencia, through Actuaciones Urbanas Municipales, S.A. (AUMSA), and 50% by the Generalitat Valenciana, through the Entidad Valenciana de Vivienda y Suelo (EVHA).
It has the consideration of own instrumental mean of the Generalitat Valenciana, by Agreement of the Consell dated January 7, 2010 and of the City Council of Valencia, by Agreement of the Municipal Plenary dated April 28, 2016.
Its corporate purpose is to carry out all the urban development and building potential operations required for restoration of the areas covered for the Cabanyal–Canyamelar neighbourhood, as well as carrying out all the interventions that would also contribute to the revitalization of the Cabanyal-Canyamelar neighbourhood.
