Plan Especial Cabanyal-Canyamelar
The Plan Especial del Cabanyal-Canyamelar (PEC) is the urban planning instrument that defines the planning of the territorial area and the permitted uses, as well as the heritage management strategy.

In the Diari Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana number 8099 dated 04.08.2017, has been published the announcement regarding the properties affected by non-implementation of the planning included in the expropriation proceedings of the UE 5.01 and UE 5.02 of the Plan Especial de Protección y Reforma Interior Cabanyal-Canyamelar, suspended by Agreement of the Plenary of the Consell of 8 July 2016.
