El termini ha finalitzat esta setmana<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Despr\u00e9s de la publicaci\u00f3 de les llistes provisionals en la p\u00e0gina web de la societat en l&#8217;\u00faltima setmana de juliol, s&#8217;obrir\u00e0 un termini de 3 dies per a presentar al\u00b7legacions, de manera que el mes de setembre es podran adjudicar les vivendes per un valor total de 1,4 milions d&#8217;euros<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El plec, aprovat en el Consell d&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 de la societat, exclou espec\u00edficament dedicar qualsevol immoble a apartament tur\u00edstic<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Els 15 immobles que la Societat Pla Cabanyal-Canyamelar ha incl\u00f2s en el proc\u00e9s per a la seua alienaci\u00f3 pel procediment de concurs ha rebut 161 ofertes, una vegada ha finalitzat el termini de presentaci\u00f3. A partir d&#8217;ara, es revisar\u00e0 la documentaci\u00f3, i l&#8217;\u00faltima setmana de juliol es publicar\u00e0 la llista definitiva de les ofertes acceptades en la p\u00e0gina web de la societat.<\/p>\n<p>El regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme, Juan Giner, ha explicat que la Societat Pla Cabanyal-Canyamelar est\u00e0 treballant en la revitalitzaci\u00f3 del barri \u201cdespr\u00e9s d&#8217;uns anys en qu\u00e8 esta entitat semblava adormida\u201d. \u201cI aix\u00ed ho demostren les accions concretes, promovent tot el procediment d&#8217;alienaci\u00f3 de vivendes en el barri, i impulsant la construcci\u00f3 de 51 vivendes per a reallotjar als propietaris dels blocs Portuaris i donar soluci\u00f3 a un dels problemes m\u00e9s urgents del barri\u201d, ha subratllat.<\/p>\n<p>La societat ha organitzat un total de 343 visites durant l&#8217;\u00faltim mes perqu\u00e8 els interessats pogueren con\u00e9ixer la situaci\u00f3 i caracter\u00edstiques de cadascun dels immobles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa Societat ha tornat a convertir-se en una oficina oberta al barri\u201d, ha continuat Juan Giner, \u201cuna oficina on s&#8217;escolten les propostes dels ve\u00efns, les seues necessitats i on oferim solucions. \u00c9s fonamental que la societat Pla Cabanyal-Canyameral torne a ser l&#8217;instrument que contribu\u00efsca al desenvolupament i planificaci\u00f3 de les necessitats del barri\u201d, ha afegit.<\/p>\n<p>Tots els immobles han rebut sol\u00b7licituds per a l\u2019alienaci\u00f3. De les 161 ofertes presentades, han rebut entre 25 i 6 propostes cadascun. A partir d&#8217;ara, i una vegada es publiquen les llistes definitives de les ofertes acceptades en la p\u00e0gina web de la societat, s&#8217;obrir\u00e0 un termini de tres dies per a presentar al\u00b7legacions, de manera que el pr\u00f2xim mes de setembre ja es podran adjudicar les vivendes.<\/p>\n<p>Cal recordar que, com s&#8217;establix en els plecs aprovats pel Consell d&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 per a la venda dels 15 immobles, els preus d&#8217;eixida se situen entre els 55.000 i els 225.000 \u20ac, la qual cosa suposa un valor total d&#8217;1.381.562,25 \u20ac. Aix\u00ed, este proc\u00e9s, unit a la venda d&#8217;altres immobles que va ser resolta a finals del mes d&#8217;abril, la Societat Pla Cabanyal-Canyamelar posar\u00e0 a la disposici\u00f3 del barri enguany 27 immobles per un valor total de 2,3 milions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, cal assenyalar que en les adjudicacions dels immobles, s\u2019exclou espec\u00edficament dedicar qualsevol immoble a apartament tur\u00edstic, es valora en 30 punts dedicar l&#8217;immoble a resid\u00e8ncia habitual, almenys durant 10 anys.
