A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;ha presentat el projecte b\u00e0sic dels dos edificis de vivendes que es construiran en la parcel\u00b7la situada al Carrer Drassanes, Carrer Vicente Guillot, Oncle Bola i Carrer Eugenia Vi\u00f1es, que es destinaran al reallotjament dels propietaris dels Blocs Portuaris i que suposaran una inversi\u00f3 de 10,5M\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Segons ha explicat el regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme, \u201cla Societat Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar est\u00e0 redoblant els seus esfor\u00e7os despr\u00e9s d&#8217;uns anys d&#8217;estancament. Aix\u00ed ho demostren les accions concretes. D&#8217;una banda, estem impulsant la construcci\u00f3 de 51 vivendes per a reallotjar als propietaris dels blocs Portuaris i donar soluci\u00f3 a un dels problemes m\u00e9s urgents del barri. De manera que en 2027, i despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una inversi\u00f3 de 10,5 milions d&#8217;euros, els dos edificis seran una realitat. Per\u00f2 d&#8217;altra banda, seguim amb tot el procediment d&#8217;alienaci\u00f3 de vivendes en el barri\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, com s&#8217;establix en els plecs aprovats hui per a la venda d&#8217;immobles, els preus d&#8217;eixides se situen entre els 55.000 i els 225.000 \u20ac, la qual cosa suposa un valor total d&#8217;1.381.562,25 \u20ac. D&#8217;esta manera, este proc\u00e9s, unit a la venda d&#8217;altres immobles que va ser resolta a la fi del mes d&#8217;abril, la Societat Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar posar\u00e0 a la disposici\u00f3 del barri durant este any 27 immobles per un valor total de 2,3M\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cContinuarem treballant per al barri, ha continuat Juan Giner, escoltant les seues propostes, necessitats i oferint solucions i en este sentit ser\u00e0 fonamental redoblar esfor\u00e7os des de la societat Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar perqu\u00e8 de veritat siga un instrument que contribu\u00efsca al desenvolupament i planificaci\u00f3 de les necessitats del barri\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, cal assenyalar que en les adjudicacions dels immobles, tal com s&#8217;ha aprovat hui, es valorar\u00e0 en 30 punts dedicar l&#8217;immoble a resid\u00e8ncia habitual, almenys durant 10 anys. A m\u00e9s, es puntuen aspectes com l&#8217;empadronament actual o anterior en el barri, desenvolupar el teu treball en el barri, ser menor de 35 anys o major de 65, fam\u00edlia nombrosa, fam\u00edlia monoparental, discapacitat.
