{"id":9605,"date":"2024-06-03T13:37:40","date_gmt":"2024-06-03T11:37:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/?p=9605"},"modified":"2024-06-03T13:43:51","modified_gmt":"2024-06-03T11:43:51","slug":"el-plan-cabanyal-invertira-105me-en-los-dos-edificios-de-viviendas-para-el-realojo-de-los-propietarios-de-los-bloques-portuarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/va\/el-plan-cabanyal-invertira-105me-en-los-dos-edificios-de-viviendas-para-el-realojo-de-los-propietarios-de-los-bloques-portuarios\/","title":{"rendered":"El Plan Cabanyal invertir\u00e0 10,5M\u20ac en els dos edificis de vivendes per al reallotjament dels propietaris dels Blocs Portuaris"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"dateRedes\">\n<p class=\"noticia-date\">01\/06\/2024<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La societat rep el projecte b\u00e0sic que dissenya dos edificis amb 51 vivendes d&#8217;un i dos dormitoris i amb una superf\u00edcie constru\u00efda d&#8217;entre 65 i 85 m\u00b2.<\/li>\n<li>El garatge subterrani que unir\u00e0 els dos edificis comptar\u00e0 amb 51 places d&#8217;aparcament, tres d&#8217;elles adaptades, i 51 trasters.<\/li>\n<li>La societat es reunir\u00e0 amb els presidents de comunitats i administradors per a explicar-los el projecte, les tipologies de vivendes i el cronograma temporal del projecte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/estaticos-cdn.prensaiberica.es\/clip\/4fce961d-d3f1-4f06-b7db-f64cc7e2e2de_16-9-discover-aspect-ratio_default_0.jpg\" alt=\"Proyecto b\u00e1sico del futuro complejo de Blocs Portuaris.\" width=\"802\" height=\"451\" \/><\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\">Projecte b\u00e0sic del futur complex de Blocs Portuaris. <span class=\"ft-helper-fontWeight-800 ft-helper-text-transform-uppercase\">\/ <strong>R.L.V. \/ AJUNTAMENT DE VAL\u00c8NCIA<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p>La Societat Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar ha rebut el projecte b\u00e0sic dels dos edificis de vivendes que es construiran en la parcel\u00b7la situada al Carrer Drassanes, Carrer Vicente Guillot, Oncle Bola i Carrer Eugenia Vi\u00f1es, que es destinaran al reallotjament dels propietaris dels Blocs Portuaris.<\/p>\n<p>Segons ha explicat el regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme, Juan Giner, \u201cen el pr\u00f2xim consell de Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar presentarem este projecte que demostra l&#8217;aposta decidida i la voluntat inequ\u00edvoca de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Val\u00e8ncia per este barri. Desbloquegem una iniciativa que va estar abandonada durant molt de temps i ara ja tenim un projecte b\u00e0sic, real, que demostra el comprom\u00eds de l&#8217;equip de govern\u201d.<br \/>\n\u201cEl cam\u00ed no \u00e9s senzill, ha continuat Juan Giner, per\u00f2 crec que hem iniciat un proc\u00e9s definitiu que ens portar\u00e0 al fet que en 2027 els dos edificis de vivendes siguen una realitat i, d&#8217;esta manera, responguem a una de les demandes m\u00e9s urgents que ens han plantejat els ve\u00efns del barri\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Complint amb els terminis establits en l&#8217;adjudicaci\u00f3 de la redacci\u00f3 del projecte, l&#8217;UTE formada per Voluar Arquitectura i CeroArquitrectura ha presentat un projecte, que suposar\u00e0 una inversi\u00f3 total de 10.511.270 \u20ac, que dissenya dos edificis on es construiran 51 vivendes d&#8217;un i 2 dos dormitoris, amb una superf\u00edcie constru\u00efda d&#8217;entre 65 i 85 m\u00b2. Cal destacar que tres vivendes seran adaptades per a persones amb discapacitat.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, es construir\u00e0 un garatge subterrani que unir\u00e0 els dos edificis que comptar\u00e0 amb 51 places d&#8217;aparcament, tres d&#8217;elles adaptades, 51 trasters i s&#8217;han habilitat 51 places per a aparcament de bicicletes en els baixos dels dos edificis.<br \/>\nD&#8217;altra banda, en el disseny presentat destaca una zona central enjardinada, que ser\u00e0 p\u00fablica, on la part central estar\u00e0 reservada per a arbratge de gran port. A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;inclou l&#8217;obertura d&#8217;un carrer per als vianants entre els carrers Drassanes i Eugenia Vi\u00f1es.<\/p>\n<p>A partir d&#8217;este moment i una vegada presentat el projecte b\u00e0sic, els t\u00e8cnics del Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar estan revisant tota la documentaci\u00f3 per a presentar-la posteriorment a l&#8217;Ajuntament i sol\u00b7licitar la corresponent llic\u00e8ncia d&#8217;edificaci\u00f3.
