{"id":9027,"date":"2024-02-16T13:23:47","date_gmt":"2024-02-16T12:23:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/?p=9027"},"modified":"2024-02-16T13:23:47","modified_gmt":"2024-02-16T12:23:47","slug":"lajuntament-adjudica-per-vora-d14-milions-deuros-la-gestio-dels-5-nous-centres-culturals-de-la-ciutat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/va\/lajuntament-adjudica-per-vora-d14-milions-deuros-la-gestio-dels-5-nous-centres-culturals-de-la-ciutat\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;Ajuntament adjudica, per vora d&#8217;1,4 milions d&#8217;euros, la gesti\u00f3 dels 5 nous centres culturals de la ciutat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>16\/02\/2024<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La Junta de Govern Local ha acordat l&#8217;adjudicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;este servici que es formalitzar\u00e0 amb tres empreses<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dos d&#8217;estos recursos obriran\u00a0les portes\u00a0al barri del Cabanyal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Junta de Govern Local ha ratificat hui les empreses que gestionaran els cinc nous centres culturals de la ciutat: el Centre Escorxador i l&#8217;edifici protegit situat en el n\u00famero 121 del carrer de la Reina, del Cabanyal; la Nau 3 del Parc Central, de Russafa; l&#8217;Alqueria d\u2019Albors, d&#8217;Orriols; i el xalet del carrer Aben Al-Abbar, del barri d&#8217;Albors.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;adjudicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;este servici de gesti\u00f3 cultural, per un import de vora\u00a0d&#8217;1,4\u00a0milions, es formalitzar\u00e0 en tres contractes. El de major pressupost ho firmar\u00e0 l&#8217;empresa\u00a0Salzillo\u00a0Servicis, que assumir\u00e0 la direcci\u00f3 i programaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com l&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia t\u00e8cnica de les activitats i els servicis auxiliars d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al p\u00fablic que es duran a terme en la Nau 3 del Parc Central, per 285.475,30 euros, i en el Centre Escorxador del Cabanyal, per 278.844,50 euros.<\/p>\n<p>En el mateix barri, obrir\u00e0 les seues portes l&#8217;immoble del carrer de la Reina que, dissenyat per a acollir a diferents col\u00b7lectius del barri, ser\u00e0 gestionat per Progres XXI\u00a0SRL, ja que\u00a0esta\u00a0mercantil ser\u00e0 la que firmar\u00e0 el contracte licitat amb un pressupost de 274.066,78.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, segons acord de la Junta de Govern, l&#8217;empresa valenciana\u00a0Amundsen\u00a0Estrat\u00e8gia i Comunicaci\u00f3 es far\u00e0 c\u00e0rrec de la gesti\u00f3 de l&#8217;Alqueria d\u2019Albors i del xalet del carrer Aben\u00a0Al-Abbar, adjudicada amb\u00a0una partida\u00a0de 274.066,78 euros per a cada centre.<\/p>\n<p>La despesa plurianual d&#8217;estos contractes va ser autoritzat\u00a0el mar\u00e7\u00a0de 2023, i una vegada adjudicat es realitzar\u00e0 amb c\u00e0rrec als Pressupostos de 2024, 2025 i 2026. I la formalitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estos s&#8217;efectuar\u00e0 una vegada notificada l&#8217;adjudicaci\u00f3 aprovada hui per la Junta de Govern Local amb car\u00e0cter extraordinari.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmb este acord, l&#8217;Ajuntament impulsar\u00e0 i incrementar\u00e0 l&#8217;oferta cultural de la ciutat, amb cinc centres de primer nivell que, s\u2019havien habilitat per\u00f2 s\u2019havien quedat tancats\u201d, ha manifestat el portaveu del govern municipal\u201d, el regidor\u00a0Juan Carlos Caballero,\u00a0despr\u00e9s de recordar \u201cla import\u00e0ncia patrimonial d&#8217;estos immobles\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, per exemple, el Centre Escorxador, antic escorxador del Cabanyal, situat en el n\u00famero 36 del carrer Sant Pere, es tracta d&#8217;un immoble de l&#8217;any 1910 que va ser objecte d&#8217;unes obres de rehabilitaci\u00f3 i ampliaci\u00f3 valorades en 500.000 euros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>16\/02\/2024
