{"id":8686,"date":"2024-01-09T08:39:30","date_gmt":"2024-01-09T07:39:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/?p=8686"},"modified":"2024-02-02T14:20:47","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T13:20:47","slug":"comunicado-de-gerencia-relativo-a-la-enajenacion-de-diversos-inmuebles-propiedad-de-pccsa-l1-023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/va\/comunicado-de-gerencia-relativo-a-la-enajenacion-de-diversos-inmuebles-propiedad-de-pccsa-l1-023\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar constitueix la comissi\u00f3 de selecci\u00f3 d\u2019ofertes per a la venda de 14 immobles"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"dateRedes\">\n<p class=\"noticia-date\">11\/01\/2024<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La societat ha rebut 258 propostes per als immobles que tenen un preu d\u2019eixida total de 790.000 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar t\u00e9 prevista enguany la venda de 29 immobles amb un preu de 2.590.000 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Societat Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar ha constitu\u00eft hui la comissi\u00f3 de selecci\u00f3 de les ofertes per a la venda de 14 immobles, de manera que s&#8217;estima que, en un termini aproximat de 2 mesos, ja s&#8217;haur\u00e0 realitzat l&#8217;alienaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estos habitatges.<\/p>\n<p>Cal destacar que s&#8217;han rebut 258 propostes per a la compra dels immobles. Entre elles, un immoble ha rebut 54 propostes mentre un altre nom\u00e9s n\u2019ha rebut una sola. Les propietats tenen un preu d&#8217;eixida que oscil\u00b7la entre els 43.000 euros, per al m\u00e9s econ\u00f2mic, fins als 84.000 euros de l&#8217;immoble m\u00e9s car. L&#8217;oferta d&#8217;eixida total t\u00e9 un preu de 790.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Una vegada finalitzat el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;alienaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estos immobles, i tal com es va aprovar en l&#8217;\u00faltim Consell d&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;entitat celebrat al desembre de 2023, es posar\u00e0 en marxa la venda d&#8217;altres 15 immobles amb un preu de licitaci\u00f3 de 1,8 milions d&#8217;euros. D&#8217;esta manera, en finalitzar l\u2019any 2024, Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar haur\u00e0 venut 29 immobles, que inicialment tindran un preu d&#8217;eixida de 2.590.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, cal destacar que, en els criteris seguits en el proc\u00e9s de venda, l&#8217;oferta econ\u00f2mica presentada comporta el 35% de la valoraci\u00f3, igual que puntua un 30% el comprom\u00eds per a habitatge habitual i permanent per un m\u00ednim de 5 anys i d\u2019altres aspectes socials.<\/p>\n<p>Una vegada constitu\u00efda la comissi\u00f3 de selecci\u00f3, es procedeix a l&#8217;examen de la documentaci\u00f3 administrativa.
