{"id":8651,"date":"2023-12-22T11:00:20","date_gmt":"2023-12-22T10:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/?p=8651"},"modified":"2023-12-22T11:05:10","modified_gmt":"2023-12-22T10:05:10","slug":"la-auditoria-del-plan-cabanyal-canyamelar-2022-senala-incumplimientos-en-la-gestion-economico-financiera-del-personal-directivo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/va\/la-auditoria-del-plan-cabanyal-canyamelar-2022-senala-incumplimientos-en-la-gestion-economico-financiera-del-personal-directivo\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;auditoria del Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar 2022 assenyala \u201cincompliments en la gesti\u00f3 economic-financera del personal directiu\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"dateRedes\">\n<div class=\"dateRedes\">\n<p><span style=\"background-color: var(--global--color-background); color: var(--global--color-primary); font-family: var(--global--font-secondary); font-size: var(--global--font-size-base);\">21\/12\/2023<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El Consell d&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 de la societat aprova un pressupost de 2,3 M\u20ac per a 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Proposa la venda de 15 immobles pel procediment de concurs durant l&#8217;any vinent<\/strong>\n<p>El Consell d&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 del Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S.A. ha donat compte, durant la seua reuni\u00f3 de hui, dels informes d&#8217;auditoria de legalitat i operativa de la Intervenci\u00f3 General de la Generalitat de l&#8217;exercici 2022, on s&#8217;assenyala \u201cdiversos incompliments relatius a la gesti\u00f3 economicofinancera en l&#8217;\u00e0rea de personal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;auditoria ressalta respecte al personal directiu que \u201cha percebut, durant l&#8217;exercici 2022, retribucions superiors en 11.211,18 \u20ac als quals correspondria a un Director General del Consell\u201d, quan la normativa establix que \u201cal personal de m\u00e0xima responsabilitat i personal directiu de les entitats del sector p\u00fablic instrumental de la Generalitat Valenciana, el sou del c\u00e0rrec de m\u00e0xima responsabilitat de les entitats ser\u00e0 l&#8217;equivalent al d&#8217;un director general\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentit, Juan Giner ha destacat que \u201cl&#8217;actual Consell d&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 ja ha corregit esta situaci\u00f3 amb el nomenament del nou gerent de la Societat el sou de la qual s&#8217;ha modificat amb la finalitat de complir amb la normativa vigent\u201d. A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;auditoria tamb\u00e9 destaca que no consta una resoluci\u00f3, per part de la Direcci\u00f3 General del Sector P\u00fablic i Patrimoni, sobre la classificaci\u00f3 de la Societat per a determinar el n\u00famero m\u00e0xim de personal directiu amb el qual pot comptar l&#8217;entitat.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, l&#8217;auditoria ha detectat \u201cincompliments de la societat ja que, d&#8217;una banda, en els procediment de contractaci\u00f3 menor es contracten servicis de necessitats recurrents en lloc de necessitats concretes i puntuals i, per un altre, no ha dif\u00f3s les dades dels contractes menors subscrits en 2022 en la secci\u00f3 prevista per a aix\u00f2 en el perfil del contractants\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, El Consell d&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 del Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar ha aprovat el pressupost de la Societat que, en 2024, ascendir\u00e0 a 2.331.765,54 \u20ac. En este sentit, el president de la Societat i regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme, Juan Giner, ha explicat que \u201ceste equip de govern impulsar\u00e0 el desenvolupament del barri del Cabanyal amb iniciatives concretes. Fa uns dies aprovem la posada en marxa del projecte per a la construcci\u00f3 de dos edificis amb 50 habitatges, estem finalitzant la reurbanitzaci\u00f3 de carrers, millorant les dotacions p\u00fabliques com \u00e9s el poliesportiu, i l&#8217;alcaldessa s&#8217;ha reunit esta mateixa setmana amb els ve\u00efns per a escoltar els seus suggeriments i inquietuds\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, Giner ha volgut ressaltar que el Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar continuar\u00e0 amb la venda d&#8217;immobles.
