{"id":8614,"date":"2023-12-22T10:12:15","date_gmt":"2023-12-22T09:12:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/?p=8614"},"modified":"2023-12-22T10:12:30","modified_gmt":"2023-12-22T09:12:30","slug":"lajuntament-adjudicara-la-redaccio-del-projecte-de-dos-edificis-dhabitatges-per-al-reallotjament-dels-propietaris-del-bloc-dels-portuaris","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/va\/lajuntament-adjudicara-la-redaccio-del-projecte-de-dos-edificis-dhabitatges-per-al-reallotjament-dels-propietaris-del-bloc-dels-portuaris\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;Ajuntament adjudicar\u00e0 la redacci\u00f3 del projecte de dos edificis d&#8217;habitatges per al reallotjament dels propietaris del Bloc dels Portuaris"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"dateRedes\">\n<div class=\"dateRedes\">\n<p class=\"noticia-date\">02\/12\/2023<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Segons ha explicat Juan Giner, amb esta decisi\u00f3 \u201cdesbloquegem per fi un dels problemes que m\u00e9s ens han reclamat els ve\u00efns del Cabanyal\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>El projecte posterior suposar\u00e0 una inversi\u00f3 superior als 9 milions d&#8217;euros per a la construcci\u00f3 dels 50 habitatges<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&#8217;Ajuntament adjudicar\u00e0 per 362.811 euros la redacci\u00f3 del projecte de dos edificis d&#8217;habitatges per al reallotjament dels propietaris del bloc dels portuaris.<\/p>\n<p>El Consell d&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 de la societat Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar adjudicar\u00e0 per 362.811 euros la redacci\u00f3 del projecte b\u00e0sic i d&#8217;execuci\u00f3 per a la construcci\u00f3 de dos edificis d&#8217;habitatges destinats al reallotjament dels propietaris del bloc dels portuaris.<\/p>\n<p>En opini\u00f3 del regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme, Juan Giner, \u201camb esta important decisi\u00f3 comencem a solucionar un dels problemes m\u00e9s urgents que ens reclamaven els ve\u00efns del barri del Cabanyal. Ells, despr\u00e9s de les reunions que hem mantingut, ens han traslladat la necessitat de desbloquejar la par\u00e0lisi que s&#8217;ha viscut entorn d&#8217;este projecte tan necessari per a la zona\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Amb esta adjudicaci\u00f3 es redactar\u00e0 el projecte b\u00e0sic i d&#8217;execuci\u00f3 per a la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;uns 50 habitatges p\u00fabliques, que tindran entre 50 i 90 metres quadrats, de 1, 2 o 3 dormitoris, en dos blocs de cases paral\u00b7lels que estaran dividits en superf\u00edcie per un espai d&#8217;\u00fas p\u00fablic, per\u00f2 que estaran units per un aparcament subterrani i que suposar\u00e0 una inversi\u00f3 superior als 9 milions d&#8217;euros.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cParal\u00b7lelament, ha continuat Giner, obrirem un di\u00e0leg comptant amb els ve\u00efns perqu\u00e8 coneguen el desenvolupament dels treballs i entre tots puguem solucionar els obstacles que puguen apar\u00e9ixer perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;important \u00e9s que oblidem totes les traves que han hagut de patir tots els ve\u00efns dels blocs fins al dia de hui\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment cal assenyalar que el pressupost base de licitaci\u00f3 va ser de 525.814 euros, en un proc\u00e9s on s&#8217;han presentat 15 empreses, per la qual cosa s&#8217;ha produ\u00eft una baixa del 31% fins als 362.811 euros de l&#8217;adjudicaci\u00f3
