D&#8217;esta quantitat, el 65% es destinar\u00e0 a la construcci\u00f3 de 213 habitatges p\u00fablics de lloguer assequible, objectiu que s&#8217;emmarca dins de les prioritats que l&#8217;equip municipal s&#8217;ha marcada en esta legislatura.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentit, el regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme, Juan Giner, ha destacat que \u201cen els \u00faltims anys, els projectes per a la construcci\u00f3 de nous habitatges estaven estancats i hem decidit duplicar els esfor\u00e7os perqu\u00e8 es dissenyen noves actuacions o s&#8217;impulsen aquelles que estaven alentides. Volem que AUMSA canvie el seu ritme de treball i fa\u00e7a realitat els nous projectes que posem sobre la taula\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dins de les actuacions programades destaca la construcci\u00f3 de 68 habitatges en l&#8217;edifici Hortolanes 1, aix\u00ed com els 75 habitatges que s&#8217;al\u00e7aran en l&#8217;edifici de l&#8217;Avinguda dels Tarongers, 9. Totes estes actuacions d&#8217;habitatge p\u00fablic es destinaran a lloguers assequibles i suposar\u00e0 una inversi\u00f3 de 17,2 M\u20ac en 2024. \u201cHem de respondre a les necessitats de les fam\u00edlies i la cerca d&#8217;un habitatge \u00e9s una de les principals reclamacions actuals. I la via del lloguer assequible \u00e9s sens dubte un cam\u00ed que hem de secundar perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a un habitatge siga real\u201d, ha destacat Giner.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, durant la reuni\u00f3 del Consell d&#8217;Administraci\u00f3, tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha provat l&#8217;impuls de la redacci\u00f3 del Pla Especial \u201cCiutat Fallera\u201d i el Pla Especial \u201cCastellar-l\u2019Oliveral\u201d.
