{"id":6092,"date":"2022-01-26T12:46:58","date_gmt":"2022-01-26T11:46:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/?p=6092"},"modified":"2022-01-26T12:47:35","modified_gmt":"2022-01-26T11:47:35","slug":"bono-lloguer-jove-i-pla-estatal-per-a-lacces-a-lhabitatge-2022-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/va\/bono-lloguer-jove-i-pla-estatal-per-a-lacces-a-lhabitatge-2022-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Bono Lloguer Jove i Pla Estatal per a l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;habitatge 2022-2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ministeri de Transport, Mobilitat i Agenda Urbana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Consell de Ministres, en la seua reuni\u00f3 de 18\/01\/2022 i a proposta del Ministeri de Transports, Mobilitat i Agenda Urbana (Mitma), va aprovar el Reial decret pel qual es regula el \u201cBo Lloguer Jove\u201d i el Pla Estatal per a l&#8217;Acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;Habitatge 2022-2025.<\/p>\n<p>Quant al Bo Lloguer Jove, l&#8217;ajuda es fixa en 250 euros mensuals durant un termini de 2 anys per a cada jove, sempre que tinguen una font regular d&#8217;ingressos i els ingressos de la unitat de conviv\u00e8ncia siguen inferiors a 3 IPREM (Indicador P\u00fablic de Renda d&#8217;Efectes M\u00faltiples).<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta ajuda es concedeix per a joves que lloguen habitatges de fins a 600 euros\/mes sense perjudici que en alguns sup\u00f2sits acordats pel Ministeri de Transports, Mobilitat i Agenda Urbana i la Comunitat Aut\u00f2noma corresponent puga ascendir als 900 euros\/mes.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, i per a atendre la realitat de molts dels nostres joves, en el cas dels lloguers d&#8217;habitaci\u00f3, aquests l\u00edmits de preu seran de fins a 300 euros per habitaci\u00f3, un topall que podr\u00e0 elevar-se fins als 450 euros si aix\u00ed ho estableix la comissi\u00f3 de seguiment.<\/p>\n<p>En tot cas, l&#8217;habitatge arrendat haur\u00e0 de tindre la consideraci\u00f3 d&#8217;habitatge habitual i permanent.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta ajuda ser\u00e0 compatible amb altres destinades per al mateix objecte a beneficiaris especialment vulnerables (entenent com a tals a aquest efecte els que determinen les Comunitats o Ciutats Aut\u00f2nomes). Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s compatible amb les prestacions no contributives de la Seguretat Social i l&#8217;Ingr\u00e9s M\u00ednim Vital. La suma del \u201cBo Lloguer Jove\u201d i les esmentades ajudes tindran com a l\u00edmit el 100% de la renda arrendat\u00edcia.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 compatible amb l&#8217;ajuda del Programa d&#8217;ajuda a les persones joves i per a contribuir al repte demogr\u00e0fic del Pla Estatal per a l&#8217;Acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;Habitatge 2022-2025. Si b\u00e9, en aquest cas la suma del \u201cBo Lloguer Jove\u201d i aquesta ajuda tindr\u00e0 com a l\u00edmit el 75% de la renda arrendat\u00edcia.<\/p>\n<p>La Llei de Pressupostos Generals de l&#8217;Estat per a l&#8217;exercici 2022 inclou una dotaci\u00f3 pressupost\u00e0ria de 200 milions d&#8217;euros per al \u201cBo Lloguer Jove\u201d.
