{"id":5470,"date":"2020-12-11T10:01:21","date_gmt":"2020-12-11T09:01:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/el-consell-autoritza-a-lentitat-valenciana-dhabitatge-i-sol-lampliacio-de-capital-en-pccsa\/"},"modified":"2020-12-11T10:01:21","modified_gmt":"2020-12-11T09:01:21","slug":"el-consell-autoritza-a-lentitat-valenciana-dhabitatge-i-sol-lampliacio-de-capital-en-pccsa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/va\/el-consell-autoritza-a-lentitat-valenciana-dhabitatge-i-sol-lampliacio-de-capital-en-pccsa\/","title":{"rendered":"EL CONSELL AUTORITZA A L&#8217;ENTITAT VALENCIANA D\u00b4HABITATGE I S\u00d2L L&#8217;AMPLIACI\u00d3 DE CAPITAL EN PCCSA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>11-12-2020<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; L&#8217;objectiu de la societat &eacute;s desenvolupar actuacions urban&iacute;stiques i d&#8217;edificaci&oacute; necess&agrave;ries per a la rehabilitaci&oacute; del barri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Consell ha autoritzat a l&#8217;Entitat Valenciana d&acute;Habitatge i S&ograve;l, (EVha) l&#8217;adquisici&oacute; de 2.000 accions de la Societat Pla Cabanayal-Canyameral, S.A per valor d&#8217;un mili&oacute; d&#8217;euros.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre la base del dret d&#8217;adquisici&oacute; preferent que EVha ostenta com a soci del Cabanyal-Canyameral, adquirir&agrave; aquestes accions amb un valor nominal de 500 euros cadascuna. Per tant, l&#8217;entitat p&uacute;blica dependent de la Vicepresid&egrave;ncia Segona i Conselleria d&#8217;Habitatge i Arquitectura Bioclim&agrave;tica, desemborsar&agrave; un mili&oacute; d&#8217;euros a Pla Cabanyal-Canyameral, S.A.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta adquisici&oacute; d&#8217;accions respon a l&#8217;aprovaci&oacute; del Consell d&#8217;Administraci&oacute; del Pla Cabanyal-Canayamelar, el passat 24 de novembre, d&#8217;una injecci&oacute; de dos milions d&#8217;euros per part de la Generalitat i l&#8217;Ajuntament amb la finalitat d&#8217;ampliar les compet&egrave;ncies de la societat, agilitar la regeneraci&oacute; del barri i dotar-lo d&#8217;una major intervenci&oacute; social.<\/p>\n<p>Amb aquesta ampliaci&oacute; de capital, es refor&ccedil;a el comprom&iacute;s amb el barri, convertint-se en una aut&egrave;ntica oficina de proximitat d&#8217;atenci&oacute; ciutadana i de gestora de projectes i inversions, en la qual s&#8217;apliquen de manera directa les pol&iacute;tiques d&#8217;habitatge de la Generalitat i el Consistori.<\/p>\n<p>Pla Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S.A &eacute;s una societat formada per un 50% per la Generalitat, a trav&eacute;s d&#8217;EVha, i un altre 50% per l&#8217;Ajuntament de Val&egrave;ncia, per mitj&agrave; d&#8217;Actuacions Municipals Urbanes S.A (Aumsa).
