L&#8217;informe d&#8217;auditoria de compliment, es refereix a l&#8217;any 2018, per la qual cosa els seus resultats i algunes de les seues recomanacions ja s&oacute;n seguides per l&#8217;empresa p&uacute;blica.<br \/>Entre elles s&#8217;ha destacat les retribucions del gerent i de la resta del personal laboral (12 en total, comptant amb serveis auxiliars), i les ha conegudes el Consell d&#8217;Administraci&oacute;, reunit hui sota la Presid&egrave;ncia de la Vicealcaldessa de la ciutat Sandra G&oacute;mez.<br \/>En la citada reuni&oacute; s&#8217;ha explicat que la societat, va aprovar l&#8217;any 2017 acollir-se al conveni de personal laboral de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Val&egrave;ncia, seguint aix&iacute; les recomanacions del propi Ajuntament, del sector p&uacute;blic del qual tamb&eacute; forma part. Les retribucions de la ger&egrave;ncia, malgrat tot, s&oacute;n molt inferiors de les aprovades pel propi Ajuntament per als gerents i personal directiu de les empreses p&uacute;bliques municipals, el topall m&agrave;xim de les quals es fa coincidir amb les retribucions previstes per a 1r tinent d&#8217;Alcalde de la Corporaci&oacute;.<br \/>En el Consell d&#8217;Administraci&oacute; tamb&eacute; s&#8217;ha exposat la contradicci&oacute; que es dona en l&#8217;Informe d&#8217;Auditoria, que aplica el r&egrave;gim de personal directiu de la Generalitat Valenciana, regulat en un Decret de l&#8217;any 2016 en mat&egrave;ria de retribucions per a un c&agrave;rrec designat al setembre de 2015 per una societat, en qu&egrave; la participaci&oacute; de la Generalitat ho &eacute;s nom&eacute;s per la seua meitat, sent a m&eacute;s que es troba acolliment al conveni de l&#8217;altra administraci&oacute; s&ograve;cia, aix&ograve; &eacute;s l&#8217;Ajuntament de Val&egrave;ncia.
