del ARRU Cabanyal-Canyamelar<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>&#8211; El programa inclou la rehabilitaci&oacute; de 170 habitatges, renovaci&oacute; de 10 i un programa de reallotjaments<br \/>&#8211; El cost de l&#8217;actuaci&oacute; ascendeix a 8.258.937,33 euros, a aportar pel Ministeri de Foment, Generalitat, Ajuntament i particulars&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>El Ple del Consell ha autoritzat la subscripci&oacute; del conveni amb l&#8217;Ajuntament de Val&egrave;ncia, per a la gesti&oacute; de l&#8217;actuaci&oacute; de regeneraci&oacute; i renovaci&oacute; urbana i rural (ARRU) del Cabanyal &#8211; Canyamelar de Val&egrave;ncia perqu&egrave; s&#8217;efectue de la subvenci&oacute; corresponent a 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Sobre la base de l&#8217;Acord de 29 d&#8217;octubre de 2018 de la Comissi&oacute; Bilateral de Seguiment Generalitat-Ministeri de Foment amb l&#8217;Ajuntament de Val&egrave;ncia, es va declarar el &Agrave;rea de Regeneraci&oacute; i Renovaci&oacute; Urbana i Rural del Cabanyal &#8211; Canyamelar a Val&egrave;ncia, a l&#8217;empara del Pla Estatal de foment del lloguer d&#8217;habitatges, la rehabilitaci&oacute; edificat&ograve;ria, i la regeneraci&oacute; i renovaci&oacute; urbana, 2018-2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Aix&iacute; mateix, es van establir els compromisos per al finan&ccedil;ament de les actuacions de rehabilitaci&oacute; de 170 habitatges, la renovaci&oacute; de 10 habitatges, incloent l&#8217;execuci&oacute; d&#8217;un programa de reallotjaments i la gesti&oacute; t&egrave;cnica i informaci&oacute; necess&agrave;ria a realitzar a trav&eacute;s d&#8217;un equip t&egrave;cnic de gesti&oacute;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Es pret&eacute;n que els habitatges desocupats es rehabiliten i que els solars produ&iuml;ts per la demolici&oacute; de les edificacions existents, en aplicaci&oacute; de les determinacions del susp&eacute;s Pla Especial, es reedifiquen, amb l&#8217;incentiu que les ajudes introdueixen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>El cost total de l&#8217;actuaci&oacute;
