{"id":5392,"date":"2019-06-07T10:01:19","date_gmt":"2019-06-07T08:01:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/acord-consell-07-06-19-arru-cabanyal-canyamelar\/"},"modified":"2019-06-07T10:01:19","modified_gmt":"2019-06-07T08:01:19","slug":"acord-consell-07-06-19-arru-cabanyal-canyamelar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/va\/acord-consell-07-06-19-arru-cabanyal-canyamelar\/","title":{"rendered":"Acord Consell 07\/06\/19 ARRU Cabanyal-Canyamelar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>07-06-2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>El Consell aprova les actuacions a realitzar en 2019 per a la regeneraci&oacute; i renovaci&oacute; urbana del barri del Cabanyal-Canyamelar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Les actuacions de renovaci&oacute; urbana per a enguany compten amb un pressupost total de 5 milions d&#8217;euros, dels quals la Generalitat aporta prop de 1,2 milions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; L&#8217;actuaci&oacute; compr&eacute;n les obres de rehabilitaci&oacute; de 602 habitatges i la renovaci&oacute; d&#8217;altres 18<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Consell ha aprovat el conveni de col&middot;laboraci&oacute; entre la Conselleria d&#8217;Habitatge, Obres P&uacute;bliques i Vertebraci&oacute; del Territori i l&#8217;Ajuntament de Val&egrave;ncia per a gestionar les actuacions de l&#8217;&Agrave;rea de Regeneraci&oacute; i Renovaci&oacute; Urbana (ARRU) en el barri del Cabanyal-Canyamelar per a 2019, en el marc del Pla Estatal d&#8217;Habitatge 2013-2016, que permet que les actuacions s&#8217;executen fins a 31 de desembre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>El conveni estableix una subvenci&oacute; per al present exercici de 4.936.725 euros, dels quals el Ministeri de Foment aportar&agrave; 3.747.750 euros i la Generalitat participar&agrave; amb 1.188.975 euros, per a la gesti&oacute; de l&#8217;actuaci&oacute; de regeneraci&oacute; i renovaci&oacute; urbana previstes en aquest barri de Val&egrave;ncia.<\/p>\n<p>La declaraci&oacute; del ARRU del Cabanyal-Canyamelar es va instrumentar a trav&eacute;s d&#8217;un conveni entre la Conselleria d&#8217;Habitatge i el Ministeri de Foment, amb la participaci&oacute; de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Val&egrave;ncia. Aquest conveni estableix una inversi&oacute; total de 14.294.402 euros, aportats pel Ministeri, la Generalitat, el Consistori i els particulars.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;actuaci&oacute; que inclou aquest ARRU preveu la rehabilitaci&oacute; de 602 habitatges i la renovaci&oacute; d&#8217;altres 18, incloent obres de reurbanitzaci&oacute;, aix&iacute; com l&#8217;execuci&oacute; d&#8217;un programa de reallotjaments i la gesti&oacute; t&egrave;cnica i informaci&oacute; necess&agrave;ria a realitzar a trav&eacute;s d&#8217;un equip t&egrave;cnic.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest conveni s&#8217;emmarca en l&#8217;aposta del Consell per la rehabilitaci&oacute; i regeneraci&oacute; urbana, no solament per a recuperar i renovar habitatges en els centres hist&ograve;rics i els espais urbans de les ciutats de la Comunitat Valenciana, sin&oacute;
