{"id":5269,"date":"2017-12-01T10:01:16","date_gmt":"2017-12-01T09:01:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/ampliacio-de-capital\/"},"modified":"2017-12-01T10:01:16","modified_gmt":"2017-12-01T09:01:16","slug":"ampliacio-de-capital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/va\/ampliacio-de-capital\/","title":{"rendered":"AMPLIACI\u00d3 DE CAPITAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>01-12-2017<\/p>\n<p>El ple del Consell ha autoritzat a l&#8217;Entitat d&#8217;Infraestructures de la Generalitat (EIGE) a l&#8217;adquisici&oacute; de mil accions de la societat Plan Cabanyal-Canyameral, S.A.<\/p>\n<p>Basant-se en el dret d&#8217;adquisici&oacute; preferent que EIGE ostenta com a soci del Cabanyal-Canyameral, adquirir&agrave; estes accions amb un valor nominal de 500 euros cada una d&#8217;elles. Per tant, l&#8217;entitat p&uacute;blica desembossar&agrave; 500.000 euros a la societat Plan Cabanyal-Canyameral, S.A.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;esta mesura &eacute;s augmentar el capital social de la societat per a obtindre una major liquiditat.<\/p>\n<p>Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S.A. s&#8217;unisca societat formada en un 50% per la Generalitat, a trav&eacute;s d&#8217;EIGE, i un altre 50% per l&#8217;Ajuntament de Val&egrave;ncia, per mitj&agrave; d&#8217;Actuacions Municipals Urbanes S.A.
