d&#8217;edificis i habitatges i substituci&oacute; edificatoria en l&#8217;&Agrave;rea de Regeneraci&oacute; i Renovaci&oacute; Urbana d&rsquo;El Cabanyal-Canyamelar&rdquo;, aprovades per la Junta de Govern Local de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Val&egrave;ncia de data 8 de juliol de 2016 (BOP n&uacute;mero 139 de data 20.07.2016), correcci&oacute; d&#8217;errors Resoluci&oacute; d&#8217;Alcaldia de 05 d&#8217;agost de 2016 (BOP n&uacute;mero 163 de data 24.07.2016), en la qual es contempla que es puga procedir a noves convocat&ograve;ries, es prorroga el termini de presentaci&oacute;
