El projecte t\u00e8cnic, redactat per la firma Tom\u00e1s Llavador Arquitectos e Ingenieros SL, pret\u00e9n donar soluci\u00f3 a les obres de demolici\u00f3 del fals sostre d&#8217;estes instal\u00b7lacions municipals, finalitzades l&#8217;agost de 2023, despr\u00e9s dels despreniments registrats. Des del Servici de Mercats es va considerar necessari intervindre en les naus per a garantir l&#8217;estabilitat de l&#8217;estructura resistent de la coberta. El pressupost previst ascendix a 1.474.763,58 euros i el termini d&#8217;execuci\u00f3 \u00e9s de cinc mesos. Tal com va explicar el regidor de Comer\u00e7 i Mercats, Santiago Ballester, esta actuaci\u00f3 s&#8217;emmarca en el pla de millora dirigit a \u201cproporcionar unes adequades instal\u00b7lacions i infraestructures i aconseguir la revitalitzaci\u00f3 i millora competitiva dels mercats municipals de la ciutat\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s de l&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 sobre l&#8217;estructura de la coberta, el projecte inclou tamb\u00e9 el tractament de la seua cara inferior. El prop\u00f2sit \u00e9s millorar el comportament t\u00e8rmic i ac\u00fastic d&#8217;este espai i l&#8217;exercici de l&#8217;activitat de venda en condicions apropiades, aix\u00ed com millorar el seu aspecte est\u00e8tic i, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, l&#8217;atractiu comercial del mercat. La primera de les accions previstes va dirigida a dotar de valor la coberta d&#8217;estructura de fusta, i per a aix\u00f2 es preveu deixar-la vista, sense fals sostre. El projecte inclou l&#8217;ignifugat de l&#8217;estructura (cintres) amb pintura especial, i l&#8217;a\u00efllament de l&#8217;armadura. Aix\u00ed mateix, l&#8217;empresa adjudicat\u00e0ria haur\u00e0 de substituir les llumin\u00e0ries existents per nous models.<\/p>\n<p>La segona actuaci\u00f3 se centrar\u00e0 en l&#8217;esquerdejat i pintat de les naus laterals. I en tercer lloc, es procedir\u00e0 a substituir les fusteries existents i a encegar els buits. Tamb\u00e9 es canviaran les reixes existents en les testeres per noves motoritzades; i, finalment, les portes principals d&#8217;acc\u00e9s al mercat se substituiran per nous models, d&#8217;acord amb la recent actuaci\u00f3 duta a terme en el mercat, de manera que el conjunt tinga el mateix aspecte.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, l&#8217;adjudicat\u00e0ria haur\u00e0 de reformar els vest\u00edbuls d&#8217;acc\u00e9s nord i sud del mercat, la qual cosa comportar\u00e0 la substituci\u00f3 dels falsos sostres, el poliment del paviment i el revestiment tant interior com exterior dels paraments verticals. En conjunt, el total de les intervencions compr\u00e9n una superf\u00edcie total de 4.306,04 m\u00b2, entre parets, s\u00f2ls i coberta.
