(PCCSA) ha aprovat en la seua reuni\u00f3 d&#8217;este dilluns els comptes anuals de l&#8217;exercici 2025, que llancen un resultat positiu superior als 556.000 euros. La xifra de negoci va aconseguir els 2,01 milions d&#8217;euros, dels quals 1.980.000 euros procedixen de l&#8217;alienaci\u00f3 d&#8217;immobles.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Amb este resultat, la firma responsable de les actuacions urban\u00edstiques i d&#8217;edificaci\u00f3 per a la rehabilitaci\u00f3 del barri Cabanyal-Canyamelar m\u00e9s que duplica el resultat positiu registrat en 2024, que va ser de 252.000 euros.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La millora respecte a l&#8217;exercici anterior s&#8217;explica principalment per l&#8217;increment de les vendes i la recuperaci\u00f3 de provisions per reversi\u00f3 de deterioraci\u00f3 d&#8217;immobles que, en vendre&#8217;s per damunt del seu valor comptable, van generar un ingr\u00e9s addicional.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En els dos \u00faltims anys, la societat PCC ha adjudicat 39 immobles pel procediment de subhasta p\u00fablica mitjan\u00e7ant plecs que prioritzen als ve\u00efns del barri menors de 35 anys i fam\u00edlies nombroses que els destinen a vivenda habitual. L&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;estes adjudicacions que la firma realitza de manera peri\u00f2dica \u00e9s afavorir i donar suport a la perman\u00e8ncia dels ve\u00efns en el barri.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, durant 2025 la societat va destinar 165.000 euros al manteniment i reparaci\u00f3 dels immobles de la seua propietat.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Paral\u00b7lelament, va adquirir sis noves propietats en els Blocs Portuaris per un import de 270.000 euros, amb el que eleva a quaranta el total d&#8217;immobles de la seua propietat en este edifici en el qual es preveu dur
