{"id":12896,"date":"2025-12-09T15:12:44","date_gmt":"2025-12-09T14:12:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/?p=12896"},"modified":"2025-12-10T09:15:59","modified_gmt":"2025-12-10T08:15:59","slug":"apertura-sobre-administrativo-l2-025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/va\/apertura-sobre-administrativo-l2-025\/","title":{"rendered":"La comisi\u00f3n de selecci\u00f3n proceder\u00e1 a la apertura de las ofertas econ\u00f3micas de la subasta de la L2-025 el pr\u00f3ximo 15 de diciembre"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"dateRedes\">\n<p>09\/12\/2025<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>La Sociedad Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S.A. inici\u00f3 en el dia de ayer la apertura del sobre que contiene la documentaci\u00f3n administrativa de la subasta L2-025, con el resultado de 114 solicitudes admitidas, 35 que requieren subsanaci\u00f3n y 1 excluida.<\/p>\n<p>La documentaci\u00f3n para subsanar podr\u00e1 presentarse hasta el 11 de diciembre de 2025 por registro de entrada en la oficina de Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S.A., sita en C\/Amparo Guillem, 4, 46011 Valencia, en horario de 9:30h a 13:30h, no existiendo posibilidad de presentaci\u00f3n por ning\u00fan otro medio.<\/p>\n<p>Respeto a la apertura del sobre correspondiente a la oferta econ\u00f3mica, se realizar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo lunes 15 de diciembre.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a los criterios para adjudicar los inmuebles, se valoran aspectos como la situaci\u00f3n social de la persona solicitante, su dedicaci\u00f3n a residencia habitual, ser menor de 35 a\u00f1os o ser o haber sido vecino o vecina del barrio. Igualmente, se tendr\u00e1n en consideraci\u00f3n criterios como ser mayor de 65 a\u00f1os, tener diversidad funcional o ser familia numerosa o monoparental, entre otros aspectos. Adem\u00e1s, las viviendas no podr\u00e1n dedicarse a usos tur\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la adjudicaci\u00f3n, las personas adjudicatarias tendr\u00e1n diez d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para firmar el contrato de arras y tres meses para formalizar la compra, estim\u00e1ndose la finalizaci\u00f3n de todo el proceso en mayo de 2026.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a
