Adem\u00e1s, el gobierno municipal convoca procedimiento abierto simplificado y aprueba los pliegos de prescripciones t\u00e9cnicas y de cl\u00e1usulas administrativas del contrato, que permitir\u00e1 la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del edificio y la parcelaci\u00f3n del solar en tres viviendas.<\/p>\n<p>En total, el total del edificio, ubicado en el barrio de El Cabanyal-Canyamelar, tiene 221,26 metros cuadrados en planta baja y primera planta. La vivienda en planta baja tiene 78,94 metros cuadrados construidos, dispondr\u00e1 de tres habitaciones, dos ba\u00f1os y terraza y ser\u00e1 plenamente accesible.<\/p>\n<p>En la primera planta habr\u00e1 dos viviendas. La primera tendr\u00e1 68,15 metros cuadrados construidos con dos dormitorios y despacho y la segunda dispone de 52,05 metros con un dormitorio y un ba\u00f1o. Las dos viviendas en la primera planta disponen de altillos con acceso desde el interior de la casa.<\/p>\n<p>Las soluciones constructivas, materiales y colores son los propios del edificio seg\u00fan la tipolog\u00eda de las viviendas del Cabanyal y las establecidas en las normas urban\u00edsticas del Plan Especial del Cabanyal-Canyamelar y del entorno urbano del barrio.<\/p>\n<p>El coste total del contrato es de 527.278,49 euros, IVA incluido.
