Es tracta d\u2019un edifici complet ubicat al Cabanyal i situat en la zona de m\u00e0xima protecci\u00f3 patrimonial del barri. L\u2019immoble \u00e9s de l\u2019any 1927, tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 un nivell de protecci\u00f3 patrimonial parcial i disposa de tres habitatges que es destinaran al lloguer assequible.<\/p>\n<p>Un dels habitatges, en planta baixa, disposa de 64,43 metres quadrats \u00fatils i tres dormitoris. Un altre dels habitatges \u00e9s de 55,53 metres quadrats \u00fatils i t\u00e9 dos dormitoris mentre que el tercer disposa de 44,90 metres quadrats \u00fatils i una \u00fanica habitaci\u00f3 en les golfes.<\/p>\n<p>En total, es rehabilitaran 221,26 metres quadrats, que dotaran l\u2019edifici de les condicions d\u2019habitabilitat i funcionalitat amb especial atenci\u00f3 al consum energ\u00e8tic i el comportament clim\u00e0tic de les estances.
