La Junta de Govern Local ha aprovat el projecte t\u00e8cnic de demolici\u00f3 i l&#8217;habilitaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un nou edifici situat entre els carrers dels \u00c0ngels i de Sant Pere, amb allotjaments dotacionals per a poblaci\u00f3 en risc d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3. Aix\u00ed ho ha explicat el portaveu del govern local, Juan Carlos Caballero, qui ha assenyalat que l&#8217;objectiu \u201c\u00e9s la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;un edifici destinat a atendre les necessitats residencials urgents de col\u00b7lectius i persones en situaci\u00f3 o risc d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 social que hagen perdut la vivenda\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El conjunt residencial est\u00e0 compost per dos edificis connectats i articulats per un pati interior, amb fa\u00e7ana a tres carrers. La principal dona al carrer dels \u00c0ngels (n\u00famero 49), la fa\u00e7ana posterior, al carrer de Sant Pere, i la fa\u00e7ana lateral, al carrer dels Pescadors. En total, s&#8217;habilitaran 16 allotjaments dotacionals i un espai comunitari d&#8217;\u00fas col\u00b7lectiu. El projecte contempla un pressupost base de licitaci\u00f3 de quasi 2,4 milions d&#8217;euros (2.389.922,55 \u20ac) i un termini d&#8217;execuci\u00f3 de les obres de 14 mesos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs tracta d&#8217;una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 nuclear per a esta ciutat\u201d, ha assegurat Juan Carlos Caballero, qui ha subratllat que \u201c\u00e9s una inversi\u00f3 important per a un dels barris que patix especial tensi\u00f3 pels alts preus del lloguer i els alts preus de la vivenda\u201d. Amb esta iniciativa s&#8217;adequar\u00e0 \u201cl&#8217;allotjament en condicions d&#8217;acc\u00e9s per a les persones m\u00e9s vulnerables de la ciutat\u201d, ha afegit el regidor, qui ha recordat que este projecte data de l&#8217;any 2021 \u201ci, des de llavors dormia, com molts altres, el somni dels justos en el calaix d&#8217;aquelles persones que l&#8217;havien d&#8217;impulsar i no el van fer\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Segons el projecte b\u00e0sic d&#8217;execuci\u00f3, en l&#8217;edifici orientat al carrer dels \u00c0ngels se situaran 7 dels 16 allotjaments en planta baixa (amb acc\u00e9s directe des del carrer), dels quals 5 s\u00f3n accessibles (amb aix\u00f2 s\u2019acomplix l&#8217;exig\u00e8ncia del 30% d&#8217;allotjaments accessibles ). En el mateix edifici s&#8217;accedix, a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;una escala i un corredor situats al pati, a altres 7 allotjaments situats en la planta primera, que compten amb un espai sota coberta on se situa un dormitori.<\/p>\n<p>Per alatra banda, en l&#8217;edifici amb fa\u00e7ana al carrer de Sant Pere es troba, en planta baixa , l&#8217;espai comunitari d&#8217;\u00fas col\u00b7lectiu, amb acc\u00e9s tant des del pati com des del carrer. En la planta primera, amb acc\u00e9s des del corredor, se situen altres 2 allotjaments.<\/p>\n<p>La superf\u00edcie constru\u00efda total edifici (edificabilitat) \u00e9s de 874,18 m\u00b2. En total, l&#8217;edifici disposa de 15 unitats d&#8217;allotjament per a l&#8217;\u00fas de dos persones i una unitat d&#8217;allotjament per a l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;una persona.
