El regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme, Juan Giner, ha destacat l&#8217;impuls a l&#8217;activitat econ\u00f2mica en la zona a trav\u00e9s de la concessi\u00f3 de llic\u00e8ncies urban\u00edstiques d&#8217;obres d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 i de nova planta: \u201cen 2024 es van concedir 66 llic\u00e8ncies, l&#8217;any 2023 van ser 59, mentres que en 2022 es van tramitar 48, la qual cosa suposa un increment del 27% de les llic\u00e8ncies aprovades en 2024 respecte al 2022 en qu\u00e8 es van concedir 48\u201d, ha explicat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs tracta d&#8217;una revitalitzaci\u00f3 molt visible en rec\u00f3rrer els carrers i places d&#8217;estos barris mariners, on s&#8217;han dut a terme obres de reurbanitzaci\u00f3 en multitud de vies i espais verds, i on a m\u00e9s est\u00e0 en l&#8217;\u00faltima fase la posada en marxa de dotacions p\u00fabliques com una escoleta, un centre de formaci\u00f3 laboral, un centre de majors i un centre c\u00edvic\u201d, ha continuat explicat el regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme i Vivenda. Giner ha destacat el treball del Servici Municipal de Llic\u00e8ncies Urban\u00edstiques dirigit a agilitzar la concessi\u00f3 d&#8217;autoritzacions d&#8217;obres. \u201cHem refor\u00e7at este departament perqu\u00e8 la rehabilitaci\u00f3 de vivendes i la construcci\u00f3 de noves cases i edificis es reactive al Cabanyal i, d&#8217;esta manera, contribuir a la revitalitzaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica de tot el Districte Mar\u00edtim\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Subhastes d&#8217;immobles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Societat Pla Cabanyal-Canyamelar ha adjudicat provisionalment la venda de sis immobles despr\u00e9s de finalitzar el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;examen de la documentaci\u00f3 administrativa i de la baremaci\u00f3 de les 121 propostes que es van presentar davant la societat, i despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;obertura del sobre amb l&#8217;oferta econ\u00f2mica.<\/p>\n<p>En este proc\u00e9s, la baremaci\u00f3 provisional de l&#8217;oferta econ\u00f2mica ha aconseguit un preu total d&#8217;1.547.586 euros, la qual cosa suposa un increment del 67% respecte al preu d&#8217;eixida que era de 905.000 \u20ac. A partir d&#8217;este moment, la documentaci\u00f3 es publica al web de la societat,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.plancabanyal.es\" data-insuit-uuid=\"5b323273-cfba-4b5c-929a-fefbf77a1de8\">www.plancabanyal.es<\/a>, i en el Perfil del Contractant de la Ger\u00e8ncia de Pla Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S.A, allotjat en la Plataforma de Contractaci\u00f3 del Sector P\u00fablic.<\/p>\n<p>Entre les 121 ofertes presentades cal destacar que la majoria d&#8217;elles (el 87%) han sigut proposades per a l\u2019\u00fas com a \u2018resid\u00e8ncia habitual\u2019. Quant al perfl de les persones proponents, el 49% s\u00f3n menors de 35 anys, i m\u00e9s del 50% s\u00f3n ve\u00efns actuals o anteriors dels barris del Cabanyal i el Canyamelar. Entre els adjudicataris provisionals, el 83% preveu dedicar l&#8217;immoble a resid\u00e8ncia habitual, i un 100% s\u00f3n menors de 35 anys; finalment, el 50% s\u00f3n actualment ve\u00efns del Cabanyal o el Canyamelar.<\/p>\n<p>Entre 2024 i 2025 la Societat ha adjudicat 39 immobles pel procediment de subhasta p\u00fablica. A m\u00e9s, hi ha 11 immobles m\u00e9s pendents d&#8217;adjudicaci\u00f3 definitiva corresponents a les dos \u00faltimes subhastes posades en marxa en este any 2025.
