Aix\u00ed, s\u2019han rebut 29 ofertes per l\u2019habitatge del carrer d\u2019Escalante 216; 25 per la de Francesc d\u2019Eiximenis, 13 baix; 14 per la del carrer del Progr\u00e9s 99, baix; 11 per la del carrer de Joan Mercader 11; 18 per la del carrer de Sant Pere 105 i 23 per la del carrer de Sant Pere 109.<\/p>\n<p>Sis de les ofertes presentades han arribat per correu postal i, per tant, la mesa per a l\u2019obertura del sobre administratiu es convocar\u00e0 quan totes les ofertes hagen arribat. Com ha explicat el regidor d\u2019Urbanisme i Vivenda, Juan Giner, \u201cestem molt satisfets pel gran inter\u00e9s que estan tenint totes les subhastes que estem convocant i seguirem realitzant noves convocat\u00f2ries\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Estos immobles, que ixen a subhasta per mitj\u00e0 de la Societat Pla Cabanyal-Canyamelar (entitat constitu\u00efda per l\u2019Ajuntament i la Generalitat), estan ubicats al carrer de Sant Pere (n\u00fameros 105 i 109), al carrer d\u2019Escalante (n\u00famero 216), al carrer de Francesc Eiximenis (n\u00famero 13), carrer del Progr\u00e9s (n\u00famero 99) i carrer de Joan Mercader (n\u00famero 38). La superf\u00edcie dels habitatges oscil\u00b7la entre els 67 i els 173 metres quadrats i els preus d&#8217;eixida de la licitaci\u00f3 se situen entre els 75.000 i els 215.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Esta iniciativa posa a disposici\u00f3 p\u00fablica habitatges i solars per a \u00fas residencial i baixos per a \u00fas comercial al barri del Cabanyal-Canyamelar.<\/p>\n<p>El termini m\u00e0xim de presentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;ofertes va finalitzar el 4 d&#8217;abril. Els criteris per a adjudicar els immobles valoren aspectes com la situaci\u00f3 social de la persona sol\u00b7licitant, dedicar-lo a resid\u00e8ncia habitual, ser menor de 35 anys o ser o haver sigut ve\u00ed o ve\u00efna del barri. Igualment es tindran en consideraci\u00f3 criteris com ser major de 65 anys, tindre diversitat funcional o ser fam\u00edlia nombrosa o monoparental, entre d\u2019altres aspectes. A m\u00e9s, els habitatges no podran dedicar-se a usos tur\u00edstics.<\/p>\n<p>El procediment administratiu finalitzar\u00e0 a primers de maig.
