{"id":11173,"date":"2025-03-31T12:53:48","date_gmt":"2025-03-31T10:53:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/?p=11173"},"modified":"2025-03-31T12:59:42","modified_gmt":"2025-03-31T10:59:42","slug":"los-inmuebles-del-plan-cabanyal-canyamelar-despiertan-gran-interes-con-mas-de-250-visitas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/va\/los-inmuebles-del-plan-cabanyal-canyamelar-despiertan-gran-interes-con-mas-de-250-visitas\/","title":{"rendered":"Els immobles del Pla Cabanyal-Canyamelar desperten \u201cgran inter\u00e9s\u201d amb m\u00e9s de 250 visites"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"dateRedes\">\n<p>31\/03\/2025<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El primer lot de 6 vivendes que se subhastaran en 2025 ha rebut 21 ofertes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El <\/strong><strong>plec per a l&#8217;adjudicaci\u00f3 exclou espec\u00edficament dedicar qualsevol immoble a apartament tur\u00edstic<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cL&#8217;alienaci\u00f3 d&#8217;immobles de la Societat Pla Cabanyal-Canyamelar ha despertat un gran inter\u00e9s\u201d, tal com ha manifestat hui el regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme i Vivenda, Juan Giner, qui ha assenyalat que \u201cestos procediments estan impulsant les vivendes residencials en el Mar\u00edtim i estan oferint, i de manera priorit\u00e0ria, a ve\u00efns i antics residents, una opci\u00f3 per a tornar als seus barris\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Juan Giner ha assenyalat que \u201cl&#8217;Ajuntament continuar\u00e0 incidint en esta l\u00ednia de treball per a avan\u00e7ar en la revitalitzaci\u00f3 residencial i econ\u00f2mica del Cabanyal-Canyameral\u201d, al mateix temps que ha recordat que \u201cels immobles i solars que s&#8217;oferixen a subhasta han de dedicar-se priorit\u00e0riament a l&#8217;\u00fas residencial i no poden, en cap cas, convertir-se en vivendes d&#8217;\u00fas tur\u00edstic\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El total del nombre de visites s&#8217;ha xifrat en 253, que es desglossen en 48 a les de l&#8217;immoble del carrer d&#8217;Escalant; 59 a les del Francisco Eiximenis; 53 al del carrer del Progr\u00e9s; 51 al de Juan Mercader; i 21 i 21 als del carrer de Sant Pere (els n\u00fameros 105 i 109).<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, s&#8217;han registrat 62 consultes (telef\u00f2niques, presencials i per emails) sobre el plec de condicions, i a 28 de mar\u00e7 tots els immobles comptaven amb ofertes presentades.<\/p>\n<p>Una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentaci\u00f3, el pr\u00f2xim 4 d&#8217;abril, i rebudes les que s&#8217;hagen rem\u00e9s via postal (solen tardar uns quants dies m\u00e9s), es procedir\u00e0 a l&#8217;obertura del sobre amb la documentaci\u00f3 administrativa, i es donar\u00e0 un termini de 3 dies per a esmenar errors en la documentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriorment, es fixar\u00e0 la data d&#8217;obertura p\u00fablica de l&#8217;oferta econ\u00f2mica, i es publicar\u00e0 la llista d&#8217;adjudicacions provisionals.<\/p>\n<p>Juan Giner ha indicat que \u201ca principis de maig, donat les dates en les quals estem, finalitzar\u00e0 este proc\u00e9s\u201d i ha recordat que les persones adjudicat\u00e0ries tindran 10 dies per a firmar el contracte d&#8217;arres, i posteriorment 3 mesos per a formalitzar la compra.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cParal\u00b7lelament, continuem tramitant l&#8217;L2-025, amb altres 5 immobles.
