En les pr\u00f2ximes setmanes Urbanisme acabar\u00e0 de tramitar les 4 que resten<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>El regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme destaca que \u201camb el desbloqueig de la concessi\u00f3 d&#8217;estes llic\u00e8ncies, avancem en la renovaci\u00f3 i modernitzaci\u00f3 de la imatge dels edificis dels restaurants del passeig, una demanda que els ve\u00efns i els gestors d&#8217;estos restaurants estaven sol\u00b7licitant\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Servici de Llic\u00e8ncies Urban\u00edstiques de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Val\u00e8ncia ha concedit ja 5 llic\u00e8ncies per a renovar o ampliar els restaurants del passeig Mar\u00edtim, queden pendents la tramitaci\u00f3 final d&#8217;altres 4 sol\u00b7licituds que es resoldran en els pr\u00f2xims dies.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed ho ha informat hui el regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme i Vivenda, Juan Giner, qui ha afirmat que \u201camb esta concessi\u00f3 de llic\u00e8ncies Val\u00e8ncia fa un pas molt important per a avan\u00e7ar en la modernitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;uns edificis que s\u00f3n part destacada de la imatge del litoral mar\u00edtim de la ciutat\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El Pla Especial d&#8217;Ordenaci\u00f3 del Passeig Mar\u00edtim, sobre el qual es fonamenta les llic\u00e8ncies urban\u00edstiques concedides, assenyala que els propietaris dels establiments podran modernitzar i homogene\u00eftzar les seues instal\u00b7lacions, i ajustar-les a les condicions exigides per la Demarcaci\u00f3 de Costes del Ministeri per a la Transici\u00f3 Ecol\u00f2gica. Concretament, la modificaci\u00f3 del planejament que va donar lloc al Pla Especial, aprovada en el Ple del passat mes d&#8217;abril, permet, per exemple, l&#8217;habilitaci\u00f3 de terrasses en la primera planta dels restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 m\u00e0xima edificada passar\u00e0 a ser de 229,30 metres quadrats, amb una terrassa superior de 144 metres quadrats coberts i tancats amb envidrament i de 85 metres quadrats descoberts.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es podr\u00e0 millorar el disseny d&#8217;estos immobles, amb una coberta amb plans inclinats, per a facilitar la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de plaques fotovoltaiques, i estos es col\u00b7locaran sobreal\u00e7ats del s\u00f2l a una altura de 50 cent\u00edmetres, per a fer front a la pujada progressiva del nivell de la mar i per a evitar inundacions en l&#8217;\u00e8poca de temporals mar\u00edtims o de grans tempestes.<\/p>\n<p>El regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme, Juan Giner, ha destacat que \u201camb el desbloqueig de la concessi\u00f3 d&#8217;estes llic\u00e8ncies, avancem en la renovaci\u00f3 i modernitzaci\u00f3 de la imatge dels edificis dels restaurants del passeig, una demanda que els ve\u00efns i els gestors d&#8217;estos restaurants estaven sol\u00b7licitant\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;El govern municipal de l&#8217;alcaldessa Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Catal\u00e1 -ha continuat Giner- sempre apostar\u00e0 per una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 publicoprivada en el desenrotllament de projectes i l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 ha d&#8217;establir els llits necessaris perqu\u00e8 sectors estrat\u00e8gics tinguen les ferramentes necess\u00e0ries que faciliten el seu desenrotllament\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Font: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valencia.es\/val\/actualitat\/-\/content\/remodelaci%C3%B3n-restaurantes-paseo-mar%C3%ADtimo-val%C3%A8ncia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Actualitat Ajuntament de Val\u00e8ncia<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>18\/02\/2025 &nbsp;
