A. ha iniciat el proc\u00e9s per a l&#8217;alienaci\u00f3 de sis immobles pel procediment de concurs en la reuni\u00f3 d&#8217;este dilluns del Consell d&#8217;Administraci\u00f3, on s&#8217;ha aprovat el plec de condicions. Amb esta nova acci\u00f3, l&#8217;entitat seguix amb el proc\u00e9s de posar a disposici\u00f3 p\u00fablica vivendes i solars per a \u00fas residencial i locals per a \u00fas comercial en el barri.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Amb este proc\u00e9s, unit a les licitacions del 2023 i 2024 i una segona licitaci\u00f3 prevista per a este mateix any, la Societat Pla Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S. A. haur\u00e0 posat a la disposici\u00f3 del barri un total de 39 immobles en finalitzar el present any. Els preus d&#8217;eixida se situen entre els 75.000 i els 215.000 euros, la qual cosa suposa un valor total de 905.000,00 euros, tal com s&#8217;establix en els plecs aprovats este dilluns per a la venda dels immobles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, cal assenyalar que es valorar\u00e0 amb 30 punts dedicar l&#8217;immoble a resid\u00e8ncia habitual, almenys durant 10 anys. A m\u00e9s, es puntua amb 5 punts aspectes com ser menor de 35 anys, l&#8217;empadronament actual o anterior en el barri o el desenrotllament del treball en el barri. Altres aspectes a valorar s\u00f3n ser major de 65 anys, fam\u00edlia nombrosa, fam\u00edlia monoparental, o diversitat funcional. D&#8217;esta manera es redu\u00efx el pes de l&#8217;oferta econ\u00f2mica en la valoraci\u00f3 total. La puntuaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 de 35 punts a la major oferta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Amb este sistema de valoraci\u00f3 en les adjudicacions anteriors el 100% dels immobles es dediquen a vivenda habitual, sobre el 80% de les persones adjudicat\u00e0ries eren menors de 35 anys i quasi un 60% eren o havien sigut residents dels barris del Cabanyal o Canyamelar. La major oferta econ\u00f2mica no va obtindre cap adjudicaci\u00f3 en les anteriors licitacions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 dels plecs en la reuni\u00f3 d&#8217;este dilluns del Consell d&#8217;Administraci\u00f3, es publicar\u00e0 esta mateixa setmana tota la informaci\u00f3 en el perfil de la societat de la Plataforma de Contractaci\u00f3 del Sector P\u00fablic i en la p\u00e0gina web del Pla del Cabanyal-Canyamelar i amb aix\u00f2 s&#8217;obrir\u00e0 un per\u00edode de 30 dies h\u00e0bils per a la presentaci\u00f3 de les ofertes i la visita als immobles, de manera que abans d&#8217;estiu es podran adjudicar. Es preveu a m\u00e9s una segona licitaci\u00f3 al llarg d&#8217;este mateix any amb la finalitat d&#8217;alienar altres sis immobles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cal recordar que el mes de setembre passat es van adjudicar un total de 15 immobles per un valor d&#8217;1,4 milions d&#8217;euros pel procediment de concurs.
