{"id":10424,"date":"2025-01-29T10:08:48","date_gmt":"2025-01-29T09:08:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/?p=10424"},"modified":"2025-01-29T10:10:39","modified_gmt":"2025-01-29T09:10:39","slug":"plan-cabanyal-canyamelar-aprueba-los-presupuestos-de-2025-y-preve-el-comienzo-de-las-obras-de-los-dos-edificios-para-el-realojo-de-los-propietarios-de-los-bloques-portuarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/va\/plan-cabanyal-canyamelar-aprueba-los-presupuestos-de-2025-y-preve-el-comienzo-de-las-obras-de-los-dos-edificios-para-el-realojo-de-los-propietarios-de-los-bloques-portuarios\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar aprova els pressupostos de 2025 i hi preveu encetar les obres dels dos edificis per al reallotjament dels propietaris dels blocs portuaris"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"dateRedes\">\n<p>09\/12\/2024<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La societat aprova un pressupost de 3,2 milions d\u2019euros per a la rehabilitaci\u00f3, regeneraci\u00f3 i renovaci\u00f3 urbana del barri<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>S\u2019est\u00e0 dissenyant un programa per implementtar una partida d\u2019ajudes a la renovaci\u00f3 de cuines i banys que podr\u00e0 abastar una inversi\u00f3 total pr\u00f2xima als 300.000 euros<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>S\u2019instal\u00b7laran plaques solars en l\u2019edifici del Pla Cabanyal-Canyamelar de forma que el sobrant d\u2019energia se subministrar\u00e0 a les llars vulnerables del barri<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Societat Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar ha aprovat en la reuni\u00f3 del consell d&#8217;administraci\u00f3 el pressupost per a 2025, que abasten la xifra de 3.285.049 euros i que es destinaran a la rehabilitaci\u00f3 d&#8217;immobles, la renovaci\u00f3 del parc de vivendes i la regeneraci\u00f3 del barri, a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;una inversi\u00f3 de 2 milions d&#8217;euros.<\/p>\n<p>Segons ha explicat el regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme i president de la societat, Juan Giner, \u201cun dels principals objectius de la societat per a l&#8217;any vinent 2025 se centra en la renovaci\u00f3 del parc de vivendes amb el comen\u00e7ament de les obres dels dos edificis de vivendes que es construiran en la parcel\u00b7la situada al carrer de les Drassanes, carrer de Vicent Guillot (Tio Bola) i Carrer d&#8217;Eug\u00e8nia Vi\u00f1es, que es destinaran al reallotjament dels propietaris dels blocs portuaris\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAix\u00ed, ha continuat Juan Giner, una vegada presentat el projecte i realitzades les esmenes t\u00e8cniques, es posar\u00e0 en marxa la licitaci\u00f3 de les obres que permetran que el 2025 ja arranquen les obres d&#8217;un projecte tan demandat per tots els ve\u00efns del barri\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, la societat invertir\u00e0 2 milions d&#8217;euros en el barri. Aix\u00ed, destaca una l\u00ednia d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 que, amb 450.000 euros, intervindr\u00e0 en diferents comunitats de propietaris on participa el Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar amb les reparacions i millora dels espais comuns i el manteniment dels immobles.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, en el marc de la rehabilitaci\u00f3, la societat est\u00e0 dissenyant un programa per a implementar una partida d&#8217;ajudes a la renovaci\u00f3 de cuines i banys que podr\u00e0 abastar una inversi\u00f3 total pr\u00f2xima als 300.000 euros i l&#8217;import dels quals es partir\u00e0 del benefici de les alienacions realitzades del 2025.<\/p>\n<p>En este \u00e0mbit, tamb\u00e9 cal destacar la proposta que s&#8217;est\u00e0 analitzant per a instal\u00b7lar plaques solars en l&#8217;edifici del Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar. Es tracta d&#8217;una aposta pel medi ambient, de manera que el sobrant d&#8217;energia se subministrar\u00e0 a les llars vulnerables del barri.
