El regidor portaveu del govern municipal, Juan Carlos Caballero, ha donat a con\u00e9ixer hui els detalls d&#8217;esta actuaci\u00f3, dirigida a posar les vivendes en r\u00e8gim de lloguer assequible.<\/p>\n<p>Les actuacions es van iniciar al setembre de 2021, impulsades per la Regidoria de Vivenda, amb vista a la rehabilitaci\u00f3 i reedificaci\u00f3 de diversos edificis de propietat municipal dins de l&#8217;\u00c0rea de Regeneraci\u00f3 i Renovaci\u00f3 Urbana El Cabanyal-Canyamelar. Al maig de l&#8217;any passat, la Junta de Govern Local va adjudicar el contracte de servicis de redacci\u00f3 del projecte i la direcci\u00f3 facultativa de les obres a la mercantil Hidalgo Mora Arquitectos, SLP.<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta de dos edificis constru\u00efts en diferents anys amb caracter\u00edstiques constructives tamb\u00e9 distintes. Segons els dades del cadastre, el primer edifici (carrer Barraca) data de l&#8217;any 1924, i el segon (Pare Llu\u00eds Navarro), de 1930. Tots dos estan catalogats com a \u201cProtegits\u201d segons el Cat\u00e0leg del Pla Especial, amb nivell de protecci\u00f3 general parcial.<\/p>\n<p>Tal com diu el projecte, l&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s la rehabilitaci\u00f3 dels dos edificis per a dotar-los de les condicions de seguretat, habitabilitat i funcionalitat necess\u00e0ries per a quatre vivendes, amb especial atenci\u00f3 al seu comportament clim\u00e0tic i consum energ\u00e8tic.<\/p>\n<p>En la planta baixa del conjunt es localitza una vivenda de dos dormitoris (57,42 m\u00b2 \u00fatils) i una vivenda d&#8217;un dormitori (32,56 m\u00b2 \u00fatils); mentres que en la primera planta hi ha una altra vivenda de dos dormitoris, un d&#8217;ells en golfa (88,31 m\u00b2 \u00fatils) i una altra vivenda de dos dormitoris (63,98 m\u00b2 \u00fatils).
