El preu total ha arribat als 1.758.251,99 \u20ac, la qual cosa suposa un increment del 27%, 376.689 \u20ac respecte al preu d&#8217;eixida inicial, que era d&#8217;1.381.562,25 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>El regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme, Juan Giner, ha assenyalat que el \u201cequip de govern actual seguix comprom\u00e9s amb el barri del Cabanyal-Canyamelar\u201d. \u201cDes del primer moment \u2013ha assegurat- la vivenda ha estat entre les grans preocupacions i necessitats dels ve\u00efns, i hem volgut que el treball de la Societat Pla Cabanyal se centrara en la resposta a esta exig\u00e8ncia ve\u00efnal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Segons les dades registrades sobre el perfil i les caracter\u00edstiques de les persones adjudicat\u00e0ries, el 83% s\u00f3n menors de 35 anys i un 53% s\u00f3n fam\u00edlies nombroses. A m\u00e9s, cal assenyalar que el 100% de les vivendes es dedicaran a resid\u00e8ncia habitual de les i els adjudicataris. Finalment, el 73% d&#8217;ells s\u00f3n ve\u00efns i ve\u00efnes de Cabanyal-Canyamelar. En este sentit, cal recordar que els criteris seguits per la societat en el proc\u00e9s de venda establien que l&#8217;oferta econ\u00f2mica presentada suposava el 35% de la valoraci\u00f3, i aix\u00ed mateix, que el comprom\u00eds de destinar la vivenda a resid\u00e8ncia habitual puntuava un 30%.<\/p>\n<p>Durant tot el proc\u00e9s, la societat va organitzar 343 visites (durant el mes de juliol) perqu\u00e8 les persones interessades pogueren con\u00e9ixer la situaci\u00f3 i caracter\u00edstiques de cadascun dels immobles, abans que es tancara el termini per a presentar les ofertes. Posteriorment, en la societat es van presentar 161 propostes, de manera que els immobles van rebre entre 25 i 6 propostes cadascun, \u00e9s a dir, que tots els immobles han registrat sol\u00b7licituds per a la seua alienaci\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>Amb esta adjudicaci\u00f3 definitiva, la Societat Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S.A. ha venut, en menys d&#8217;un any, 29 immobles per un valor total de 2.938.156\u20ac, ja que al febrer de 2024 va adjudicar la venda d&#8217;altres 14 immobles, en una iniciativa a la qual es van presentar 258 propostes, i que va tindre un preu total d&#8217;1.179.905 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"dateRedes\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.valencia.es\/val\/actualitat\/-\/content\/adjudicaci%C3%B3n-inmuebles-plan-cabanyal-canyamelar\">Font: Actualitat \u2013 Ajuntament de Valencia<\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"dateRedes\"><a href=\"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/va\/licitaciones\/l1-024-informacion-general\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Enlla\u00e7 L1-024<\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"dateRedes\"><a style=\"font-family: var(--list--font-family);
