{"id":10053,"date":"2024-09-11T12:47:59","date_gmt":"2024-09-11T10:47:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/?p=10053"},"modified":"2024-09-12T08:21:36","modified_gmt":"2024-09-12T06:21:36","slug":"plan-cabanyal-canyamelar-adjudica-provisionalmente-la-venta-de-15-inmuebles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/va\/plan-cabanyal-canyamelar-adjudica-provisionalmente-la-venta-de-15-inmuebles\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar adjudica provisionalment la venda de 15 immobles"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"dateRedes\">\n<p>11\/09\/2024<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Despr\u00e9s de la publicaci\u00f3 de la baremaci\u00f3 provisional en la p\u00e0gina web de la societat, s&#8217;obri un termini de 5 dies per a presentar al\u00b7legacions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La baremaci\u00f3 provisional de l&#8217;alienaci\u00f3 dels immobles aconseguix quasi els\u00a0<\/strong><strong>1,8M\u20ac<\/strong><strong>d&#8217;ingressos per a la societat<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Una de les\u00a0cl\u00e0usules\u00a0de l&#8217;adjudicaci\u00f3 \u00e9s que els inmobles no es poden dedicar a apartaments tur\u00edstics<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Societat Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar ha adjudicat provisionalment la venda de 15 immobles despr\u00e9s de finalitzar el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;examen de la documentaci\u00f3 administrativa i de la baremaci\u00f3 de les 161 propostes que es van presentar en la societat.<\/p>\n<p>En este proc\u00e9s, cal destacar que la baremaci\u00f3 provisional ha aconseguit un preu total d&#8217;1.798.416,99 \u20ac, la qual cosa suposen un increment del 29% respecte al preu d&#8217;eixida inicial que era de 409.416,99 \u20ac. A partir d&#8217;este moment, quan dem\u00e0 es publique la taula amb la baremaci\u00f3 provisional del procediment, es notificar\u00e0 als licitadors que, en cas que hagen d&#8217;esmenar algun tipus de documentaci\u00f3, disposaran de 5 dies per presentar la documentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Segons ha explicat el regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme, Juan Giner, \u201cl&#8217;equip de govern actual seguix comprom\u00e9s amb el barri del Cabanyal-Canyamelar. Des del primer moment, la vivenda ha estat entre les grans preocupacions i necessitats dels ve\u00efns i hem volgut que el treball des de la Societat se centre en la resposta a esta exig\u00e8ncia dels ve\u00efns\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Cal recordar que durant este proc\u00e9s, la societat va organitzar 343 visites durant el mes de juliol perqu\u00e8 els interessats pogueren con\u00e9ixer la situaci\u00f3 i caracter\u00edstiques de cadascun dels immobles, abans que es tancara el termini per a presentar les ofertes. Posteriorment, en la societat es van presentar 161 propostes, de manera que els immobles van rebre entre 25 i 6 propostes, amb el que tots els immobles van tindre sol\u00b7licituds per a la seua alienaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa Societat ha tornat a convertir-se en una oficina oberta al barri, on es presenten les preocupacions dels ve\u00efns, s&#8217;escolten les propostes, les necessitats i on oferim solucions.
