{"id":5471,"date":"2020-12-11T10:01:21","date_gmt":"2020-12-11T09:01:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/el-consell-autoriza-a-la-entitat-valenciana-dhabitatge-i-sol-la-ampliacion-de-capital-en-pccsa-2\/"},"modified":"2020-12-11T10:01:21","modified_gmt":"2020-12-11T09:01:21","slug":"el-consell-autoriza-a-la-entitat-valenciana-dhabitatge-i-sol-la-ampliacion-de-capital-en-pccsa-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/en\/el-consell-autoriza-a-la-entitat-valenciana-dhabitatge-i-sol-la-ampliacion-de-capital-en-pccsa-2\/","title":{"rendered":"EL CONSELL AUTORIZA A LA ENTITAT VALENCIANA D&#8217;HABITATGE I S\u00d2L LA AMPLIACI\u00d3N DE CAPITAL EN PCCSA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>11-12-2020<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; El objetivo de la sociedad es desarrollar actuaciones urban&iacute;sticas y de edificaci&oacute;n necesarias para la rehabilitaci&oacute;n del barrio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Consell ha autorizado a la Entitat Valenciana d&#8217; Habitatge i S&ograve;l, (EVha) la adquisici&oacute;n de 2.000 acciones de la Sociedad Plan Cabanayal-Canyameral, S.A por valor de un mill&oacute;n de euros.<\/p>\n<p>En base al derecho de adquisici&oacute;n preferente que EVha ostenta como socio del Cabanyal-Canyameral, adquirir&aacute; estas acciones con un valor nominal de 500 euros cada una. Por lo tanto, la entidad p&uacute;blica dependiente de la Vicepresidencia Segunda y Conselleria de Vivienda y Arquitectura Bioclim&aacute;tica, desembolsar&aacute; un mill&oacute;n de euros a Plan Cabanyal-Canyameral, S.A.<\/p>\n<p>Esta adquisici&oacute;n de acciones responde a la aprobaci&oacute;n del Consejo de Administraci&oacute;n del Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar, el pasado 24 de noviembre, de una inyecci&oacute;n de dos millones de euros por parte de la Generalitat y el Ayuntamiento de Val&egrave;ncia con el fin de ampliar las competencias de la sociedad, agilizar la regeneraci&oacute;n del barrio y dotarlo de una mayor intervenci&oacute;n social.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta ampliaci&oacute;n de capital, se refuerza el compromiso con el barrio, convirti&eacute;ndose en una aut&eacute;ntica oficina de proximidad de atenci&oacute;n ciudadana y de gestora de proyectos e inversiones, en la que se apliquen de manera directa las pol&iacute;ticas de vivienda de la Generalitat y el Consistorio.<\/p>\n<p>Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S.A es una sociedad formada por un 50% por la Generalitat, a trav&eacute;s de EVha, y otro 50% por el Ayuntamiento de Val&egrave;ncia, por medio de Actuaciones Municipales Urbanas S.A.
