{"id":5453,"date":"2020-06-30T10:01:21","date_gmt":"2020-06-30T08:01:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/informacion-para-beneficiarios-de-ayudas-arru-cabanyal-2\/"},"modified":"2020-06-30T10:01:21","modified_gmt":"2020-06-30T08:01:21","slug":"informacion-para-beneficiarios-de-ayudas-arru-cabanyal-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/en\/informacion-para-beneficiarios-de-ayudas-arru-cabanyal-2\/","title":{"rendered":"INFORMACI\u00d3N PARA BENEFICIARIOS DE AYUDAS ARRU CABANYAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>30-06-2020<\/p>\n<p>Una vez se ha dado traslado de la calificaci&oacute;n provisional de la actuaci&oacute;n protegible (reedificaci&oacute;n o rehabilitaci&oacute;n) y siempre que se hubieran comenzado las obras, se podr&aacute;n solicitar los abonos a cuenta de car&aacute;cter trimestral, sobre las obras ejecutadas y pagadas, conforme establece el punto 4 de la base decimoctava de las &ldquo;Bases reguladoras de la convocatoria de subvenciones para la rehabilitaci&oacute;n de edificios y viviendas y sustituci&oacute;n edificatoria en el &Aacute;rea de Regeneraci&oacute;n y Renovaci&oacute;n Urbana Cabanyal-Canyamelar&rdquo;, aprobadas por el Ayuntamiento de Valencia (BOP n&uacute;mero 139 de fecha 20.07.2016).<\/p>\n<p>A tal efecto les facilitamos los impresos de solicitud (autorrellenables), que una vez cumplimentados por sus t&eacute;cnicos, deber&aacute;n ser presentados en esta oficina del 1 al 10 de julio, para su tramitaci&oacute;n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cualquier duda, estaremos gustosos de poder atenderle y ayudarles en la presentaci&oacute;n de los documentos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/upload\/docs\/8c3d31d753.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Solicitud abono trimestral a cuenta &#8211;
