{"id":5393,"date":"2019-06-07T10:01:19","date_gmt":"2019-06-07T08:01:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/acuerdo-consell-07-06-19-arru-cabanyal-canyamelar-2\/"},"modified":"2019-06-07T10:01:19","modified_gmt":"2019-06-07T08:01:19","slug":"acuerdo-consell-07-06-19-arru-cabanyal-canyamelar-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/en\/acuerdo-consell-07-06-19-arru-cabanyal-canyamelar-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Acuerdo Consell 07\/06\/19 ARRU Cabanyal-Canyamelar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>07-06-2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>El Consell aprueba las actuaciones a realizar en 2019 para la regeneraci&oacute;n y renovaci&oacute;n urbana del barrio del Cabanyal-Canyamelar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Las actuaciones de renovaci&oacute;n urbana para este a&ntilde;o cuentan con un presupuesto total de 5 millones de euros, de los que la Generalitat aporta cerca de 1,2 millones&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; La actuaci&oacute;n comprende las obras de rehabilitaci&oacute;n de 602 viviendas y la renovaci&oacute;n de otras 18<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Consell ha aprobado el convenio de colaboraci&oacute;n entre la Conselleria de Vivienda, Obras P&uacute;blicas y Vertebraci&oacute;n del Territorio y el Ayuntamiento de Val&egrave;ncia para gestionar las actuaciones del &Aacute;rea de Regeneraci&oacute;n y Renovaci&oacute;n Urbana (ARRU) en el barrio del Cabanyal-Canyamelar para 2019, en el marco del Plan Estatal de Vivienda 2013-2016, que permite que las actuaciones se ejecuten hasta 31 de diciembre de 2019.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El convenio establece una subvenci&oacute;n para el presente ejercicio de 4.936.725 euros, de los que el Ministerio de Fomento aportar&aacute; 3.747.750 euros y la Generalitat participar&aacute; con 1.188.975 euros, para la gesti&oacute;n de la actuaci&oacute;n de regeneraci&oacute;n y renovaci&oacute;n urbana previstas en este barrio de Val&egrave;ncia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La declaraci&oacute;n del ARRU del Cabanyal-Canyamelar se instrument&oacute; a trav&eacute;s de un convenio entre la Conselleria de Vivienda y el Ministerio de Fomento, con la participaci&oacute;n del Ayuntamiento de Val&egrave;ncia. Este convenio establece una inversi&oacute;n total de 14.294.402 euros, aportados por el Ministerio, la Generalitat, el Consistorio y los particulares.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La actuaci&oacute;n que incluye este ARRU prev&eacute;
