de las Bases reguladoras para las subvenciones para actuaciones de regeneraci&oacute;n y renovaci&oacute;n urbanas en el &Aacute;rea de Regeneraci&oacute;n y Renovaci&oacute;n Urbana (ARRU) de El Cabanyal &ndash; Canyamelar la competencia para la Calificaci&oacute;n Definitiva de las actuaciones sujetas a las ayudas reguladas en las bases, corresponde al Servicio Territorial de Vivienda y Rehabilitaci&oacute;n de Valencia, y se regula de acuerdo con lo previsto en el art&iacute;culo 20 del Decreto 189\/2009, de 23 de octubre, del Consell por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Rehabilitaci&oacute;n de Edificios y Viviendas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para la solicitud de la Calificaci&oacute;n Definitiva, la oficina de la sociedad Plan Cabanyal &ndash;
