publicado el anuncio relativo a las propiedades afectadas por inejecuci&oacute;n del planeamiento incluidas en el los expedientes expropiatorios de la UE 5.01 y UE 5.02 del Plan Especial de Protecci&oacute;n y Reforma Interior Cabanyal-Canymelar, suspendido por Acuerdo del Pleno del Consell de 8 de julio de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>En el Bolet&iacute;n Oficial del Estado n&uacute;mero 185 de fecha 04.08.2017 se ha publicado el anuncio notificaci&oacute;n para las notificaciones que han resultado infructuosas, de acuerdo con el art&iacute;culo 44 de la ley 39\/2015.<\/p>\n<p><a
