(PCCSA) ha aprobado en su reuni\u00f3n de este lunes las cuentas anuales del ejercicio 2025, que arrojan un resultado positivo superior a los 556.000 euros. La cifra de negocio alcanz\u00f3 los 2,01 millones de euros, de los cuales 1.980.000 euros proceden de la enajenaci\u00f3n de inmuebles.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Con este resultado, la firma responsable de las actuaciones urban\u00edsticas y de edificaci\u00f3n para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del barrio\u00a0Cabanyal-Canyamelar\u00a0m\u00e1s que duplica el resultado positivo registrado en 2024, que fue de 252.000 euros.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La mejora respecto al ejercicio anterior se explica principalmente por el incremento de las ventas y la recuperaci\u00f3n de provisiones por reversi\u00f3n de deterioro de inmuebles que, al venderse por encima de su valor contable, generaron un ingreso adicional.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En los dos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la sociedad PCC ha adjudicado 39 inmuebles por el procedimiento de subasta p\u00fablica mediante pliegos que priorizan a los vecinos del barrio menores de 35 a\u00f1os y familias numerosas que los destinan a vivienda habitual. El objetivo de estas adjudicaciones que la firma realiza de forma peri\u00f3dica es favorecer y apoyar la permanencia de los vecinos en el barrio.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Por otro lado, durante 2025 la sociedad destin\u00f3 165.000 euros al mantenimiento y reparaci\u00f3n de los inmuebles de su propiedad.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Paralelamente, adquiri\u00f3 seis nuevas propiedades en los Bloques Portuarios por un importe de 270.000 euros, con lo que eleva a cuarenta el total de inmuebles de su propiedad en este edificio en el que se prev\u00e9 llevar a cabo un proyecto de regeneraci\u00f3n urbana.\u00a0<\/span><span
