Se trata de un edificio completo ubicado en el Cabanyal y situado en la zona de m\u00e1xima protecci\u00f3n patrimonial del barrio. El inmueble es del a\u00f1o 1927, tambi\u00e9n tiene un nivel de protecci\u00f3n patrimonial parcial y dispone de tres viviendas que se destinar\u00e1n al alquiler asequible.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las viviendas, en planta baja, dispone de 64,43 metros cuadrados \u00fatiles y tres dormitorios. Otra de las viviendas es de 55,53 metros cuadrados \u00fatiles y tiene dos dormitorios mientras que el tercero dispone de 44,90 metros cuadrados \u00fatiles y una \u00fanica habitaci\u00f3n en el desv\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>En total, se rehabilitar\u00e1n 221,26 metros cuadrados, que dotar\u00e1n al edificio de las condiciones de habitabilidad y funcionalidad con especial atenci\u00f3n al consumo energ\u00e9tico y al comportamiento clim\u00e1tico de las estancias.
