{"id":11381,"date":"2025-04-11T14:14:46","date_gmt":"2025-04-11T12:14:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/?p=11381"},"modified":"2025-04-11T14:14:46","modified_gmt":"2025-04-11T12:14:46","slug":"apertura-sobre-administrativo-l1-025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plancabanyal.es\/en\/apertura-sobre-administrativo-l1-025\/","title":{"rendered":"Apertura sobre administrativo L1-025"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"dateRedes\">\n<p>11\/04\/2025<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\">La Sociedad Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar ayer reuni\u00f3 la mesa para la apertura del sobre administrativo de la subasta L1-025 y hoy mismo ha sido comunicado el resultado del sobre administrativo a los ofertantes, resultando 11 solicitudes de subsanaci\u00f3n de documentaci\u00f3n, 3 no admitidos y el resto,106, admitidos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Se da un plazo de tres d\u00edas para aportar la documentaci\u00f3n a subsanar, que podr\u00e1 <span data-teams=\"true\">presentarse hasta el 16 de abril de 2025 por Registro de Entrada en la oficina de Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S.A., sita en C\/Amparo Guillem, 4, 46011 Valencia, en horario de 9:30h a 13:30h, no existiendo posibilidad de presentaci\u00f3n por ning\u00fan otro medio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, se realizar\u00e1 la apertura del sobre correspondiente a la oferta econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esta iniciativa pone a disposici\u00f3n p\u00fablica viviendas y solares para uso residencial y bajos para uso comercial en el barrio del Cabanyal-Canyamelar.<\/p>\n<p>El plazo m\u00e1ximo de presentaci\u00f3n de ofertas finaliz\u00f3 el 4 de abril. Los criterios para adjudicar los inmuebles valoran aspectos como la situaci\u00f3n social de la persona solicitante, dedicarlo a residencia habitual, ser menor de 35 a\u00f1os o ser o haber sido vecino o vecina del barrio. Igualmente se tendr\u00e1n en consideraci\u00f3n criterios como ser mayor de 65 a\u00f1os, tener diversidad funcional o ser familia numerosa o monoparental, entre otros aspectos. Adem\u00e1s, las viviendas no podr\u00e1n dedicarse a usos tur\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p>El procedimiento administrativo finalizar\u00e1 a primeros de mayo.
