Este programa de ayudas, suscrito en 2015 entre el Ayuntamiento, la Generalitat y el Ministerio, tiene como objetivo la financiaci\u00f3n de la realizaci\u00f3n conjunta de las obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de edificios y viviendas, renovaci\u00f3n de inmuebles, reurbanizaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos y programas de realojos.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la sociedad municipal Plan Cabanyal-el Canyamelar, el Ayuntamiento ha gestionado y coordinado las subvenciones solicitadas por comunidades de propietarios y empresas constructoras. El \u00f3rgano competente para resolver la concesi\u00f3n de las ayudas es la Junta de Gobierno Local.<\/p>\n<p>Los dos inmuebles beneficiados se encuentran en el n\u00famero 51 de la calle de Josep Benlliure y el n\u00famero 97 de la calle del Rosari, en el Cabanyal-el Canyamelar. En el primer caso, el importe asciende a 28.560,54 \u20ac y las obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n se han llevado a cabo en elementos comunes del edificio y en dos viviendas, a petici\u00f3n de la propia comunidad de propietarios.
