Se trata de un edificio de 1949, donde se crear\u00e1n 3 viviendas de alquiler asequible.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de rehabilitaci\u00f3n ha sido elaborado por Hidalgo Mora Arquitectos e incluye la rehabilitaci\u00f3n completa del edificio con recuperaci\u00f3n de los elementos patrimoniales que se encuentran en buen estado como pavimentos, carpinter\u00eda y z\u00f3calos, adem\u00e1s de dotar a las viviendas de las condiciones de seguridad, habitabilidad y funcionalidad necesarias con especial atenci\u00f3n al consumo energ\u00e9tico y la mejora clim\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>El edificio est\u00e1 catalogado e incluido dentro del \u00e1mbito de protecci\u00f3n patrimonial del Bien de Inter\u00e9s Cultural (BIC) del barrio del Cabanyal-Canyamelar, por lo que la rehabilitaci\u00f3n tiene el dictamen favorable de la comisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de patrimonio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"dateRedes\">Fuente:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.valencia.es\/cas\/actualidad\/-\/content\/rehabilitaci%C3%B3n-edificios-cabanyal-viviendas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Actualidad \u2013 Ayuntamiento de Valencia<\/a><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>20\/09\/2024 &nbsp;
