Plan Cabanyal-Canyamelar, S.A. is a mercantile society that is part of the public sector of the Valencian Government. For the purposes of the provisions of Law 9\/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP), it is considered a contracting authority that does not have the status of Public Administration and, consequently, the contracts it signs are of a private nature, governed by the rules of Title I of Book Three of the aforementioned law.<\/p>\n
